It seems a great machine, but the noise of the ventilator is above all expectations.

The delivery whent perfect , on time, well packed and they use a very good transportation firm, who works with green cars. . Deliveries in a one hour range , dont have to stay home all day.

The Projector is great value for money (it even has digital Zoom and viewing angle adjustement). However the Smart Android TV component is rather underwhelming. The Android version is very old and many apps don't work properly on it. It cannot even update the time and date automatically even when connected to the Internet, which in turn causes many apps to malfunction. There are much better alternatives such as Google TV Chromecast, which I connected to the projector by HDMI and works perfectly. To sump up: the projector is very good for the price, but don't bother with the Android TV component.

I was a bit surprised that my order was shipped from Danmark, but no problem everything was ok.

In the past I've bought 8 lights Lumeri LQ40 and never had any problem. But now they aren't sold anymore and recently I bought 2 lights LUMERI SQ100.

After installing the firs one, my Enphase micro-inverters weren't able to communicate. I tried different wall outlets but without any success.

I disconnected the first lamp and every thing went back to normal. I tried with the second lamp and the problem came back.

For the rest I'm satisfied with the form-factor and the price.

Great prices and excellent service. I had a broken spot and they send me a new one immediatly with a smile. I could even keep the broken one for spare parts or send it back. Thanks Andreas.

Order on 28 Nov and still no sign of them sending the items I bought. No answers from Customer Service.

UPDATE: After some delay the company responded and has delivered per 18 dec. Product seems to be as described and therefore I'm a happy customer.

I am giving Lumeri 5 stars for their customer service. I was not happy with the product so I emailed them and they offered a new device or to send them the device back and I get the cost of it. I think that's good enough and therefore I am giving them five stars for their quick response and cooperation.

Impossible to give zero stars. Worse company ever, at least they gave me my money back. I lost money cause I was counting to have my product in time. They were postponding the delivery time. I'm really pissed about the service, they were trying to send one email per day and didn't want to find a solution. Shame cause I put my trust in the company and I've lost money on it. I don't recommend to buy anything here.

Updated: Originally 2 stars because who knows what was going on with my package at the sorting centre. Covid delays I guess but still 2 weeks is a long time. Contacted support and recieved a prompt reply, they have sent me another package and asked me if the other one also arrives just to refuse the package and it will be sent back to them. I Will rate 5 stars when I receive the package :).

Very fast delivery. Super nice back office with excellent communication via mail. I would recommend this shop!

Ordered a beamer which I received in a proper time.
The parcel was protected and packed in a correct way!
While starting upp had some issues with updates in regards to some apps (Netflix, Youtube.)
Send an e-mail to their customerservice who replied my in proper time and provided me a solution, which solved the problem.

The quality of the beamer in comparence with the price payed is fair.
