This website is NOT Australian based despite all outward appearances. Their return policy states that shipping for returns is at the buyer’s expense but what is not stated is that the return address is in China. The quality of the item was poor and initial attempt at emailing to try and arrange a return was met with several ‘offers’ to be refunded a trivial amount but to keep the item. Would recommend steering well clear of purchasing from this website…

AVOID AVOID AVOID.this company is in China. The whole setup is fake. They are a scam. No clear website address and when you contact them its all fluffing around what you say. Please note if you do attempt to buy something their refund is dodgy. They dont refund in fact they dont even want you to send the product back They know they sell inferior quality and charge you Australian prices. They offer 15% of your money back. These people are worrying keep clear their website should be pulled down.

Less than average product. They say refund if not satisfied but have been back and forth constantly with the trying to get out of it with store credit ignoring my request. Their excuse is the products must be sent back to china and cost to return is the same price as product. Be very cautious shopping here

Looks nice, but the bulb stopped working after about two months.

Company refused to help outside their 30-day policy.

Be aware that the price does not match the quality, and there is very poor customer service.

One of the bulbs failed after 35 days (on the second instance of me charging the bulb), and the company refused to replace it because of their 30-day return policy. I tried referring to the ACL but the company would not change its position.

This was an expensive mistake to make, I do not recommend!

Not as advertised. I purchased a ‘woollen coat’ in light beige, it arrived in light pink 2 weeks after purchase from China (they advertised Melbourne, so I had assumed it was a shop there). When I contacted support, they initially agreed the coat did not match the colour described. Since speaking with their supplier, they have said that colours vary through screens? Even though it was advertised as beige. For $130, I’m very disappointed.

Bought an 8TB SSD from them. File format exFat, keep losing files, reformatted to NTFS same result, so changed it from MBR to GPT and not cannot write anything to it.
Queried their "support" - Collected it on 21st Jan, now 29th Jan , their response "Faulty goods have to be reported within 24hrs of collection..... Australian Consumer Law seems to have gone out the window. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY
