Terrible. Customer service is non existent. Had issue with lights. Wanted me to pay shipping when it was a technical issue. They finally said they would reimburse shipping. They ended up not doing as promised. Stay away!!!

Terrible company

These are horribly inconvenient and inconsistent and even once they’re installed properly. You have to set your router to 2.4 GHz, enter the pairing stage, get on the app and organize the individual devices, get them paired properly, stop touching light switches on the wall and use only your phone which takes a long time to get used to and is not very efficient… suddenly and for no reason, one light will just stay on and unpair itself. This has happened 15 times in just my bedroom. Keep in mind there’s another 48 lights in the house that are all going through the same sorts of issues and we haven’t even started pairing the lights up with my roommates phone. I can already tell it’s gonna be a nightmare. Do not buy these lights under any circumstances.

I ordered some lights; they arrived damaged in a box due to poor shipping, and did not match the quality as described. I tried to return them immediately and got a very poorly worded message from the company saying that they would not take returns for "non-quality returns." Their email was short and didn't even ask me more questions - "Sorry for the inconvenience! This product is not a quality issue and does not offer a return service," and they refused to talk to me afterwards. I am disputing the charge with my bank and expect it to be reversed. This company cannot be trusted.

Lights quit working. Apparently there is zero customer service for this company in the USA.

All i need is a replacement part and am not willing to buy a whle new set of lights to get it.
Cannot get customer service to reply via any suggested route.

Just swindler, I never received my smart water timer after participating to kickstarter campaign. Projet is finished and timer can be buy on theirs website.

Easy purchase. Great products! Was not hard to install and configure on the app. Saves a ton in having to wire 4-way switches to control from 3 different locations. Just control via the Lumary app on your phone. Also allows to set up configurable zones and to control brightness and hue of the lights.

We placed an order for 2 sets of spotlights/uplights for the front and side of our house. Once we recieved the lights they were great but a lot more than my husband wanted. So now we have to return them.

Lumary lights are fun and practical, reasonably-priced and their support has been very helpful to me as I've bought new packages or had questions about my existing lights.

I've been a lumary user since the beginning. They've found a way to make led lighting affordable. I'm not a paid advertiser but an honest reviewer. Lumary offers a great indoor or outdoor light that's configurable via their app or a smart home assistant. Is Lumary perfect, no but neither are the lights that cost 3x as much. I've had a set of the garden rgb lights go bad and after quite a few emails to find my receipt they sent me new lights. I can't complain about that. I think they offer innovative and affordable solutions to home lighting.

The LEDS are much better quality than I was expecting! Easy to install, easy to work with and you also get an app full of features which is just a nice bonus. I am actually looking to buy another set of these and installing them outside my house.
