Anbelieveable. They did not come on the agreed timeslot, they did not want to bring our luggage and were rude. Never use this service!

Excellent service
Our driver was extremely polite, patient and helpful. There was a problem in their system which showed that we hadn’t bought luggages (we had), after showing him the proof, together with his manager, they found a way to solve it and bypass the system. I received photos when he sealed our luggages and a confirmation when they arrived at the airport! They arrived with our flight and everything went smoothly!
It saved us all the trouble of checking in the luggages and I will definitely use their services in the future!
