Unfortunately, I believe we are discontinuing this range of cases, and will not be getting any more back in stock. That is incorrect info. just a couple ago I check my FB and seen Antler ads so I open it to buy other one for my daughter and what a surprise!!! Carmen medium suitcase RED. That way I won't order any other product from this company cause I don't like lies.

I recently bought an Antler suitcase from Luggage Express. I am very pleased with this purchase. The suitcase arrived very quickly and I was kept informed at ever stage prior to delivery- a one-hour time slot on the day. The suitcase is good quality, exactly as described and shown on the web page, and a competitive price. I would recommend this company to any prospective buyer.

You order, pay and then your goods are delivered the next day. It could not be simpler. In my case (no pun intended) it was not so simple as the product was out of stock but I got an e-mail explaining my options and having made an alternative choice things proceeded normally. Good to know that there are real people behind a slick system when things go a little off track. As good as it gets really. If all internet companies were like this you would never need to go to the shops again. Unless it was to window shop!

Delivery was prompt, customer service very polite, cases are really nice, happy with them. Never bought through this company before - but I would certainly recommend them to people I know. Prices are good - and you even get a little freebie case weighing gadget!

I ordered the product on Monday following a conversation about delivery times with an extremely pleasant and helpful member of staff. The product was delivered on Wednesday exactly as she said it would be and within the hour time slot given!
Would recommend to anyone and will use again, and thank you for the free gifts, a really nice and unexpected touch!

Not having dealt with this Company before I was a little wary. However I was so impressed with their service and competitive pricing on my first order that I submitted another order very quickly afterwards. Knowing when to expect a delivery is very important in our busy lives and both deliveries were made on the day and in the timeslot advised. On my second order Carmen Emailed me that the item ordered was not available (a website listing error) and gave me 3 alternatives to choose from, all more expensive than my order, at no extra cost.
All in all GREAT, some of the retail household names could learn a thing or two from this excellent online company.

I've been using Luggage Free for several years now. I don't know what I would do without them. Once, when my husband was traveling on his own for the first time after a severe illness, we sent his suitcase on ahead. All he had to do was get on the plane, hands-free and his case was in his hotel room when he arrived. Another time we were going to two completely different locations requiring opposite wardrobes. We took the first set with us and sent a second set ahead to the next stop. When we left the first location, we sent those cases home, arrived at the second stop with appropriate clothes awaiting us! I could go on and on, but everything always arrived ahead of the estimated time, in perfect condition, and all so easily arranged. And you don't need your own private jet to do it!

I made contact to say I wouldn't be in when the case as delivered. I received a prompt response by email giving me options of how my case could be delivered.

Amazing company which is of the best of the best and I love its help.
I ordered my luggage in the morning and it got delivered by end of play same day at no extra cost.
I am so happy about it that I should let others know if you are thinking of buying anywhere else, you should give luggage express a call first than think of anything else.

Best internet order firm I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Website allowed me to compare products which I used cheekily a planned to find my final choice elsewhere as cheap as I can and blow me Luggage express came the cheapest too.

Having done my research on a new suitcase I chose an Antler and looked for a supplier. Luggage Express provided the item at 30% off the list price and with free delivery. I made the purchase and have been delighted by the responses and the product. I have been kept up to date throughout the order and delivery process and since. If all internet retailers behaved in such a proffessional way I wouldn't be writing this review but credit where it's due, it's just a shame that this type of product is only purchased rarely and therefor I might not need their services again for many years. I'll spread the word though to anyone thinking of upgrading their own bags.

Ordered small cabin antler suitcase for my daughter.
Arrived two days later. lovely colour, superfast delivery service.
Will definately be back to order from this excellent company.
