DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DONOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE A SCAM. I HAD TO CANCEL MY CREDIT CARD DUE TO THEM CHARGING WITH NO STOCK. They won’t refund even though they have NO INTENTION of dispatching your order. FAKE. They won’t reply via chat until you request refund for NO bag.

Customer has been notified that a particular model was sold offline and we offered to pick another bag instead in less than 2 hours of placing the order. She returned 12 hours later outside of our business hours and claimed that she got scammed and had to cancel her card. We have issued a refund first thing in the morning once our staff was back at the office.
No return/refund is offered via chat, all requests have to be done via email as stated in our policy. Very impatient customer.

Nice bag

Nice bag. Inside finish not great as edges of leather remain unstitched and not folded over which I'd expect for a bag costing nearly £200, but overall pleased with my bag. Nice yellow. Great for summer.arrived in a rather unsecure box but the goods not damaged. Slow to arrive. Helpful response from the company about when to expect the bag. Covid making things slower I guess so fair enough.
