Highly recommended letting agents
As a Landlords, we have used Luff Associates for about 25 years. Mary and her team are very professional their service is exceptional. We have had several good, long term tenants over the years all found by Mary and her team in a timely manner so the breaks between tenants has been minimal. We have full management so everything is looked after by Mary's very experienced team, viewings, feed back, check in, check out reports, rent collection, regular and legal inspections, in fact every stage of the letting process. The vetting process for prospective tenants is well tuned as all our tenants have paid on time and have respected our property. All the team and very friendly and keep us well informed so all in all a brilliant service and we would thoroughly recommend them.

Peace of mind

I have been very impressed with the service Luff offer.
Much better than my previous letting agent.

Couldn't get better service.
Our house has been let with Mary Luff (and now also combined with Wilkin) since 2008 and they have been incredible since day one. We have another property in a different city, and would sell it to buy another in Camberley, just so we could use this team. As Expats it important to have a trusted team on the ground. We have also been impressed by the contractors they use at superb cost, not inflated. The timely manner in finding new tenants and managing anything has been wonderful. They have always found us excellent tenants, and the communication has been superb. I really can not recommend Luff and Wilkin enough, especially living abroad, the peace of mind is worth its wait in gold. We've had so many expat friends have issues with letting agents, and I am so grateful, we only listen to the stories, rather than have our own to add. A trustworthy, thorough, communicative company.

I have know Luffs since its infancy and…
I have know Luffs since its infancy and have subsequently also had dealings with Wilkins. Both are exceptional in the professional way in which they have built their businesses. The admin and maintenance teams of the letting department are unusual in being in house and are unusually good and responsive. As long as ownership and key operators remain in place they will undoubtedly continue to lead the local market in their field.
