EXCELLENT WORK ETHIC. PROFESSIONAL, TRUTHFUL, RELIABLE, WELL QUALIFIED

20th SEPTEMBER - BEDWORTH. Had security emergency with Patio -Conservatory door lock system . Door handle, fitments jammed. Could not lock door.
Rang luevah windows. Fortunately for us, he was working in this area the next day so booked an appointment.
Door mechanism damaged, needed replacements, checked availability to get parts. Came back & replaced - repaired everything & new keys. Replaced with a recognised anti snap cylinder, much more secure than previous one. Very relieved to have an even more secure door locking protection than it was before.

Also recognised by my insurance company as being very secure - brilliant!

Phil also repaired 2 conservatory windows, replaced locks & fitted new handles ( that matched the other handles in there 👍) which also made them even more secure than before. SO relieved had a trusted company to go to in the emergency situation that had developed. Very professional company, brilliant customer relations throughout, more than satisfied with the results .
Thank you Phill for job well done & being so pleasant & reassuring whilst making everything safe & secure.
