Wouldn't give a refund
I bought a digital game code online and I realised just a few hours later that it was the wrong one and that my son wanted a different one. I hadn't given it to him (it was going to be for Christmas) and it hasn't been used and I asked for a refund but I was told that I couldn't have one, so I've just wasted the money now (over £10). I'm not very happy.

Unfortunately, Your request for a refund was not accepted because our system shows that your code was revealed and viewed by you. We cannot resell your code (After your refund) as that is not allowed on our website. Ludos Digital only sells original, new and unviewed codes. We would have swiftly accepted your request and refunded your order if you did not view the code.
We hope that helped clarify our position and that you may reconsider your review based on how good other aspects of the order process were.
We would like to remind you that the code can still be redeemed for the full game purchased.
