They are just criminals, they cheat you with fake tracking and after they never send anything. They just steal.

Luckywhile is a scam!! Do not order anything from them. They will send you a fake tracking number and when you don’t receive the item they will tell you it got lost and to be patient because it’s coming from China. The item will never arrive.

Placed an order for a latex mask on Sept 13 2020. It is now March 21 2021 and I have only received BS reply’s from this company. They are a scam company and Facebook does nothing about them.

Order Never received... the customer service has never refunded me, flee to avoid absolutely, 40€ lost. I will never recommend them again

Same experience as everyone else. They should be investigated. They just don’t ship what they promise. Order at your own risk!

Never got what ordered, have opened case with paypal, but paypal closed case as they could provide somebody tracking number to my city, which was delivered, but it is even not mine, completely different from what they provide and not show my address or name, it is ridiculous

First provided me a tracking number that soon turned out to be someone's else. Now after 12+ emails and 140+ days later they still ask me "not to worry" and "be patient"; "we are really sorry for [whatever]..."; we will check [whatever]..."; "there must be something wrong with the system", etc.

This company is a complete fraud. They sent me tracking numbers that were for my area but not to my address. I was in contact with them for FOUR MONTHS trying to get my package or a refund. They always responded with "the item is in transit, we are unable to give you updated tracking information." However, once I disputed the claim with PayPal they miraculously found the tracking information, saying it was delivered. When I contacted the post office, they told me that the tracking number was for my zip code, but was not for my address. This company is a SCAM. Their customer service responds to you with vague responses just long enough for you to not be able to dispute the charge with your bank.

Got screwed by these A-holes. 2 masks apparently lost in transit- Biden and China are surely behind the whole thing!

Wish I would have known about this site before I ordered. Ordered two Halloween masks in Sept 2020. Still don't have them. Emailed them and told them to refund my money and they refuse to talk about a refund. Just keep saying to be patient that the masks are on their way. Total scam as everyone here says. I'm out $90 with no recourse. Merry Christmas 2020.... UGH....

Total scam site. Ordered mask for $46, came out of my bank account, they supplied a phony USPS tracking number and I'm out $46. Made two attempts with PayPal to dispute but they are saying the seller supplied a legit tracking #. Total BS.

Ordered a Halloween costume 4 months ago a month later shipping says it was delivered but it was not delivered. I have been trying to get a refund for 3 moths now and I just get the run around and bs about hang in there shipping is on its way. They refuse to even talk about a refund. This is a scam company / website what ever you want to call it.

Pretty certain this is a scam. Shipping information initially provided just kicked back errors. Upon emailing them and asking about this, I get this email basically over and over in different forms:

"Thank you for your patience, and sorry to keep you waiting so long,
we have contacted the logistics company to expedite the update of your order information."

I have been waiting for a month and a half for my item, and they refuse to tell me anything about how my item was shipped and with who.

Do Not Trust these people.

Scam. Never delivered i paid 99 Dollars for nothing

Package never shipped. Customer service quit responding when I asked for refund. Over a month later told me to “be patient.” when I asked what the expected delivery date is. Pure scam website. Shoppay does nothing to help refund for websites they work with.

This is definitely a scam site. I ordered a mask over a month ago for Halloween and never recieved my mask. I keep emailing them I want my money back and they keep giving me the run around! DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE!

Scam website. I spent $45 dollars and never received anything. Wrote an email and all I got was an automated response.

My mask actually just came (late for when I needed it by) just to discover this not the mask that they advertised at all. It's a knockoff that's probably worth less than a dollar.

Just like the rest of the forum spoken about “Luckywhile”, it’s a scam. They got rich and disappeared.
