Bought a Lucky Voice Karaoke Kit from Fenwicks in Newcastle for my Granddaughters Christmas and Birthday party. Unable to get registered for their app or via our desktop (as their helpdesk suggested) totally disappointed. Waste of money, just hope I can get a refund via Fenwicks now.

Luck Voice - Karoke bar Liverpool street.…
I celebrated my 60th birthday at Lucky Voice Karoke bar in Liverpool Street. I pre - booked my session, and the process was quick and easy. My friends and I had a blast. The booth was a great size hosting all 11 of us - and service was on point with great cocktail mixers, and booth service by Robert a super friendly host. Would definitely be going back. Highly recommended venue.

Have tried cancelling the membership several times, both through the app and directly via email and they continued to take money, after emailing back and to they said they'd refunded the payments but haven't, then just ignore my emails

We tried to show up on the door to make a booking, was told there was no availability but when a bigger group showed up after us who also hadn’t pre booked they were told they could pay there for a 10 min wait. The woman on the door was extremely rude.

Birthday party ruined, thanks
Daughter was excited about getting this product for her birthday, and to use it at her party. The product turned up looking great. However, the code did not work and you cannot get it to work without the code. I contacted customer support several times and no reply. What a shame, party ruined. Thing is, I bet they answer first thing on a Monday, but who is going to use this product then? Invest in a proper way of communicating with your customers when your codes go wrong. And yes, we have tried it on another browser.

Cancelled the subscription several time's and the still keep taking money.
This seems to be the norm with this type of service. Emails to complain will fall on deaf ears. Avoid like the plague.
