I orginally had a 5 star review for Lucky Rush and was a loyal happy customer but now thats not the case. My redemption was rejected TWICE in a row now and my winnings deleted. Customer service is claiming that the system does this and there is nothing they can do.
I played through my balance well above the requirements I was suppose to and all my winnings were taken away and I was just given back in my account my original purchase amounts.
The first time I was told it was rejected on account of "not playing my bonus money" which is not true one bit. The second time it was rejected on account of not playing my bonus in a standard way.
My first redemption was for $121. That was rejected and only $84 was returned to my acocunt. My winnings taken away from me. I was upset and said fine and bet my $84 balance on one hand of Bac Bo and won and then put in for a redemption of $168 and that was cancelled and only $126 returned to my account. Not sure what else I have to do here to be able to redeem. This is absolutely ridicilous! I literally risked my whole balance one one hand GAMBLING and that still wasnt good enough for them. Isnt that what casinos want you to do? It makes ZERO sense.
Lucky Rush made it right finally and I got my full redemption. They said it was an error in the system that did all of this. I will give them the benefit of the doubt. Still took a ton of work to get my money back.

All the review on here are lies. This is a terrible casino, Horrible support... will NOT let you close your account. I have asked 20 times to have my account excluded and closed over the past two weeks and they refuse. They have terrible RTP. The website is crap for desktop.
