Absolutely avoid at all costs! Registered today and sent in ID documents, recieved an email saying I had been fully verified and was able to deposit and withdraw. Made my first deposit and within seconds a notice popped up saying my account had been closed. Went on to online chat and was told I had been self excluded and had to wait 1 - 3 days for a refund of my deposit! I literally never even got to open a game, nor have I ever had an account with them before. Absolute scam!

Played on this site before because it had good reviews but I didn't really win much but I thought I would try again tonight and im so glad I did! Deposited a small amount and came off £600 up after playing slingo ... Really good payouts for the stakes i played, which were all under a £1 a play. I closed my account a while back ( I did not self exclude ) and emailed to ask them to reactivate my account as per their previous email I could request this after august.So today after requesting for my account to be reactivated I received an email saying we are please to tell you your account has been excluded as you requested ( no I asked to have it reactivated not deactivated ) Now I have a year to wait before I can even access it .I cant even open a new account on any for their sister sites ,seriously is this a joke .

Here's my honest review there's a few sites which is better than this one.
You seem to deposit & never win this site is take take take I would not bother depositing because it doesn't pay out & all you do is waste your money don't get taken in by the promotions they are just for certain games.
Overall a terrible site that isn't worth losing your money on.

Do not honour promotions for new customers
I signed up with this site, you are supposed to get after spending £10 on bingo of which I did to test if the site are worth using, a daily dice roll on a free game for the first 7 days, I could only use this daily game for the first day, if this is how they treat new customers, they cannot expect new customers to continue using the site and investing money on games, in my books if you do not honour new customer promotions at the beginning, this is not a great start and what other problems and issues am I going to encounter with your games and bingo further down the line.
