I joined lucky pants and had my free spins through the week, on my last lot I won and kept winning, the bonus spins were for 4 netent games, I played and played until I had completed the wager requirements, then I was able to play all the games with what I had won, in the end I got over £400 in my account, I checked the withdrawal which said I would lose £2 odd in bonuses and was able to withdraw what was left, so I tried, it took 4 days for the amount to disappear from my account which I read and understood, however all that got payed into my account was £10.
I called lucky pants to be advised I wasn't being payed any more due to me building that pot off free spins even though the free spins were a distant memory as I'd been playing for about 3 days to rack up my win and I'd won from various games. On my account it said I had completed my wager and was able to withdraw. They told me there disision was final, nothing I could do. YOU ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE.
I would have been happy to have played the £400 pound till I lost everything but it just disappears, you say you emailed me to let me know I wasn't getting the money but you didn't, it's funny I get the emails and promotion textes no problem. Great when you deposit....bad when trying to withdraw! Spent £10 and won £30. Sent photo of bank statement and passport but was told not good enough as couldnt see bottom of passport. Didnt want to send any photos in first place as payed with paypal so surely all details needed would be on there. Never had a problem with ladbrookes or befair as all payed out without additional info on me. Keep getting same info back when i send emails to helpline...got so ridiculous!!!!!

Withdraws made difficult
Not a huge fan of bingo, but fancied a flutter. Won a small amount £9 and decided to withdraw winnings. Had an email asking for photo id, a bill and credit card info! Email went straight to junk mail so it was only by chance I found it. Not keen on giving all that info over. I wonder how many customers bother?

I played here last weekend. I deposited £145, with small wins I spent well in excess of a few hundred £'s. When I tried to withdraw £80, I was informed that I still had to spend £490 on bingo (wagering requirements) before I could make a withdrawal. What a con.
