Luckyland is a sham

Luckyland is a sham. They give you enough winnings to real you in. 1st week playing I won $600. Been losing cash ever since. The advertisement are false where it tells you that you could win big. The slots glitch when you are close to hitting a larger amount than $20. You spend more than they payout. The daily rewards never increase more than a dollar. Complete sham. Don't waste your time.

I love the games but....

I love the games and I actually do really well. I hit a large amount once and when I went to get verified it was such a hassle. Once I played it off I was then verified. I am now redeeming for my very first time and will update you if I receive it as well as change my rating to 5 star because I really like the platform.

on 2/22026 I had a balance of 37sc about 9am. About 1pm 2/2/26 I was going to play some more on Luckyland casino. When I logged in I noticed that my sc balance was reduced somehow to 1.8sc. I checked my transactions and the completed purchase that I made on 2/1/26 was no longer there. Someone or something wiped that record clean. I filed a complaint with Luckyland support today. After reading some of the other reviews on this website, I doubt that I will get any satisfaction. I was closing in on a payout and something weird happens in the account. Coincidence? I think not. I play in 65 plus casinos daily. unfortunately these kind of coincidences happen too often. Do not play on this site for money. Scammers and liars do not pay off when they should.

Lucky landslots is not a good place to play. Rtp is absolutely stupid and if you deposit real money.. please don't. Zula casino is much better and rtp is decent. The games are fun. Lucky land is criminals and just steal your money. I'll never again deposit on their site or even play for fun. It's not a good site

Pissed Player

I play this site quite often and on a regular basis. I’ve had a lot of trouble with when I’m starting to hit the whole site crashes and then it takes forever to load back up. I have had a couple of good experiences with them but the bad definitely outweighs the good ones. I really do enjoy the games but the technical aspect of it is bad. I really wish they would fix it.

Scam Alert ⚠ They Refuse to Pay Me

This company permanently disabled my account and refuses to pay me $1600+ that I rightfully won. They claim that I breached their terms and conditions by unknowingly creating an account with another casino, that supposedly falls under the same umbrella as them. I asked them to tell me where their terms and conditions list the specific casinos so customers won't join them by mistake. They would not respond to the specific inquiry, because it does not exist. They know customers are going to have accounts at other casinos. They are depending on you to create another account with a company under their umbrella, so that they can refuse to refund any deposits made, along with any winnings that you made. If I created multiple accounts at the same casino, it would makes sense, that's unacceptable. However, being banned and refusing to pay a customer money, because they unknowingly created a separate account at a separate casino is scammy at its best. I advise you to stay clear of Luckyland Casino, Chumba Casino and anyone else affiliated. They are looking for ways to not pay you when it's time to cash out. Trust me. The 4 star rating here does not represent these thieves.

For 5 years I have tried this company and never received a payout. I wanted to like them but every time I put money in it just sucks it up like payout is not allowed. If you like paying for game play this is a good platform. Don't think it's gambling though. It's definitely not

Luckyland is an abusive company that…

Luckyland is an abusive company that does everything in its power to scam its customers. In the year 2026 they fail to offer instant withdrawals and take 3 to 10 business days to pay out their poor customers. you want to know why? They know their customers will just cancel the withdraw to continue playing. What a scumbag company. Ive since then requested them to delete my account because unlike websites like stake and draftkings these scumbags will delay processing your money in hopes you cancel your withdrawal and continue losing. ive asked multiple times why my withdrawal is still pending and they keep repeating that it is processed even though you can clearly cancel it. LUCKYLAND IS NO BUENO.

Scam

Scam! My girlfriend wins all the time. She goes to redeem and it goes normal. Then it just disappears. Everytime! She contacts them, but they ignore her. It's just a scam. Good luck getting money from them.

Luckyland website operators are snakes

I signed up for an account with luckyland and when I went to out money on my account none of my cards would work on their website for some reason. I sent my buddy $ via Cash App and he let me use his card and I ended up getting to $2000.00. I verified my identity, my bank account and everything they asked me to and they approved my account. When it came time to cash out they disabled my account and told me it was because I used a card not in my name. They did not give me a warning or even ask me about it, just cancelled my account and took all the money I won. I was in contact with customer service and after explaining the situation they refused to re-open my account. I did not have any duplicate accounts or do anything wrong and had his permission to use his card and they told me they can close an account any reason and there is nothing that can be done about it. That is super shady and I hear about this stuff all the time but did not think luckyland was like that. They find any reason they can to not pay out.

SC has disappeared in 2.5 hours?? Hopefully we’ll be returned.

I will update this later on and I am not at work but when I was at my house before leaving for work, I had over $55. I went on break just now and it’s showing that I have $.31?? I didn’t cash out I was going to, but I never started the procedure. So I don’t know where it went, but hopefully it will show back up when I get home tonight. Otherwise I’d like the games, but I have not cashed out before so I will update later on.
