The resizing tool sucked, it broke so fast and now I have to take it to a jeweler (I used it correctly). The support person was awesome, I put in the wrong shipping address and they helped me sort it out really fast and were really polite.

Tyler gave me the BEST customer service I’ve received in a long time. I was skeptical about ordering a watch from a company I’ve never heard but when I saw they were running a BOGO event and the great price for the watch I wanted I thought why not try it. IM SO GLAD I DID! I made a mistake and almost missed out on my free watch but Tyler went above and beyond to get me the second watch even after my original order had shipped.
