I was skeptical about ordering a watch from a company I’ve never heard but when I saw they were running a BOGO event and the great price for the watch I wanted I thought why not try it. IM SO GLAD I DID! I made a mistake and almost missed out on my free watch but Tyler went above and beyond to get me the second watch even after my original order had shipped. If these watches are half as good as the customer service I know I’ll be happy! Great work Tyler you’ve got a customer for life.

I love these watches. I was wondering what the quality would look like before getting them, but when I got them in I got a product that turned out better than what I expected. It looks very professional and the quality is there 1,000%, and I’m more then happy with my purchase.

Thank you for the update. When I received the package, it was a bag inside another bag. Inside were three watch boxes containing three watches and one link remover tool. There were no documents included, and I did not notice any obvious signs of damage or tampering when I received it.
I honestly don’t know what happened to the missing watch. Perhaps somewhere along the delivery route, one of the watches was removed. If your processing team confirms that the package left your facility at the correct weight and with all four watches, then I understand that you may not be at fault. In that case, I place my concern with the delivery process rather than with Lucky Fours.
That said, I paid for four watches and received three, so I am still the one who has to absorb the loss. I’m not saying that I can afford the loss or that I should have to accept it, but at this point, I’m going to accept what happened and move on. I have bigger things to put my energy toward.

The price point and the quality are pretty unbeatable. I love my watches. The shipping does take a bit since it comes from China, but everything shipped undamaged and came with the tool for adjusting wrist size.

I strongly recommend avoiding Lucky Fours.

I paid US$141.24 for an order that I never ultimately received. Their courier photographed a parcel at my residence and marked it “delivered,” but neither I nor anyone in my household ever retrieved, accepted, or took possession of the merchandise.

What followed was an exhausting and frankly ridiculous customer-service process.

Lucky Fours repeatedly asked for private residential CCTV footage and photographs of my home. I received multiple repetitive and conflicting responses, was continually told the matter was being “reviewed,” and then, after opening a PayPal dispute, was actually contacted and asked to close the dispute because they claimed it appeared I had received the order.

Later, management told me they could potentially refund me while deducting $10 per item as a “restocking fee.” That is astonishing considering I never received, returned, or possessed the merchandise. What exactly are they supposedly restocking?

I was completely transparent throughout the process. When I reviewed the courier photos more carefully and realized they did appear to show my residence, I immediately corrected my earlier statement. What has never changed is that the products never came into my possession.

Instead of treating this as a straightforward missing-package problem and taking responsibility for the delivery service they selected, Lucky Fours has forced me through PayPal and now a credit-card dispute just to recover money for merchandise I never received.

The amount involved is relatively small. The principle and the way this company handles problems are not.

I was genuinely excited to try the brand. After seeing how they behave when something goes wrong, I would never order from Lucky Fours again and cannot recommend them to anyone.

Buyer beware: their customer service is fine until something falls outside the script. Then expect delays, contradictory explanations, demands for evidence, and a fight to get your money back.
