Just wanted to share my experience with Lucky Eyes London.
I purchased an anniversary gift from Lucky Eyes, and accidentally ordered the Silver necklace (totally my fault) and was supposed to order Rose Gold. With little time until our anniversary date, and with the silver product already dispatched, I called and ended up speaking with a very helpful member of staff named Sue. My call was to ask if they could quickly send out the Rose Gold version, and to let them know i'd need to return the Silver when it arrived.
Sue very kindly arranged for the Rose Gold product to be sent, only requiring payment for the special delivery. I expected I'd need to pay for a second necklace and get a refund on the original purchase once they've received and processed my return. Excellent service, much appreciated.
In addition to the great service, I'd like to also commend the excellent product and packaging. Very high quality packaging, beautifully presented and the item came in a scented pouch with gift bag.
Highly recommended.
I ordered a neckalce for my wife's birthday which she was spending abroad with our daughter so important I had the item within 24hrs. It ended up being delivered by hand as my order was too late to ctach the post, but rather than let me down, they went to extraordinary lengths to ensure I was not disappointed. The quality of all the items I have bought in the last year or two has been first class and I can't recommend these guys enough!
