For context, there is an extensive history of abusive and threatening communication towards our agents on this account, with multiple warnings previously issued. Due to the continued behaviour despite those warnings, direct Loyalty service was withdrawn from the player.
I wouldn't reference any of that publicly based on the current review. I'd simply ask the player to clarify what they mean by "profiling" so we have something specific to address.

Firstly I'd highly suggest you speak with our customer service to. Some payout methods are instant & some aren't as not every payout method company chooses to be instant to it's clientele & users. Ask them to guide you on this matter, they'll be more than happy!
Also some banks purposely & occasionally choose to delay transactions & wait for a certain amount to 'bunch' them together to save on transaction costs & system workloads. This we have zero control over. However if it does take too long & you're worried, please don't hesitate to raise these issues with our customer service team.
