Straight forward process to buy tickets. Register with site and you can log on to check draw dates etc. Can't type any more as my fingers are crossed 🤞

I can see the record of your unsubscribe on the 9th Feb, after our latest email - we take customers privacy extremely seriously, so rest assured, you won't receive future emails from Lucky Break Competitions (in fact, our system simply won't allow it). However, it sounds like you unsubscribed from our partner, CITY AM communications? Unfortunately, as they are a separate business, we have no control over that so you will have to message them directly.

With note to your thoughts on the cost/prize ratio, we believe we are fairly priced in line with similar competitions especially when you consider you get up to 7 chances to win a prize, per entry (1x £10,000 prize, plus 6x automatic free entry to the £1,000 prizes, plus a further £2,000 for simply referring the most players).

Despite your concerns, I thank you for entering and confirm the tickets you purchased means you are still in with a chance to win - we wish you the best of luck.

Poor service. No updates no communication.

Daily draws not up to date. Site and announcements well behind. No daily updates. No communication.

Hi Bartosz. Thank you for entering the competition and for taking the time to write a review. Sorry we haven't met your expectations. However, all draws are up to date and winners announced in the winners section of the site, usually within 48 hours - well within the 7 days in the terms and conditions. We are trying to contact the winner of the Grand Prize draw and will announce them once we have spoken - not ideal but, again, still within the 7 days stated in the terms and conditions. Winners of the daily and weekly draws are contacted by our partner On The Tools within a few days of the draws. The competition closed at midnight on the 14th December so, other than announcing the Grand Prize Draw winner, there will not be any updates until our next competition. We fully take on board your comments and really want to announce winners as soon as possible. Thank you once again.

Is it a scam ?

Asked for £10 worth of tickets ( 12 tickets ) phone reception was bad so transaction was completed on employees phone as I had no reception.
When I went into reception area guess what ? I had a notification of a £30 transaction. I spent over 1/2 an hour sorting out cancellation of the transaction and my card. New card will be with me in a week apparently but I take that with a pinch of salt given the postal workers strike action. No beef with the postal workers they deserve to be paid properly. Small beef with bank shouldn't take 1/2 hour. Big beef about paying 3 times what I agreed. Was it an accident ? Don't know. Is the whole thing a scam to get my bank details ? Don't know. I have learnt my lesson. You can only cheat a greedy person. I hope this helps people. If the company wants to get in touch to discuss feel free. Good luck Nick.1st

Hello Nick. Thank you for taking the time to write a review - we take all feedback very seriously. I'm sorry you had issues whilst entering the competition and can assure you we are a legitimate business. I can see that a £10 ticket and a £20 ticket were both individually selected and both would have appeared in the basket and confirmed in the payment page. However, If you had contacted us via the email address on the website we would have cancelled the entries you didn't want and provided a refund without the need for you to cancel your bank card. Thank you again for the feedback.
