Order came a day late, not worth the $65 necklace is already tarnishing and changing colors.

This is a scam please never order here!

Waited 6 weeks for the item I ordered and it wasn’t done currently. They refused to fix it. Waste of money. Don’t shop here!

Cute products right. My items says delivered to an address that’s not listed. Sent emails even called. No response. No updates. No nothing.

Zero communication; I purchased a product that they were too cheap to mail to have ample postage and then not delivered. SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT HERE..

Scam. Took my money, never received order. No answer to my emails, messages, or texts. Fraudulent business. They ship *something* so that the order seems legitimate, then the postal service sends the order back to their company due to insufficient funds. They keep your money and never fulfill your order or answer your inquiries.

Frauds. Never received, stole money - said they fulfilled the order but received nothing. Fake company, fake instagram - all an absolute scam.

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

Never recieved order. Sent two emails and left a voicemail.

Wish I would’ve done more research on this company. Ordered Dec 19, website says it’s being processed. Spent $164 and nothing to show for it. Shame on me for being an idiot. 7-8 emails sent and no response. 2-3 phone messages and no response. One star is too high.

Not even worth one star. I ordered a customized necklace for my wife for Christmas. It was a present from my young son who saved up his money to get his mum a present. I ordered well before Christmas and have never received my product. I have sent 3 emails following up and not received a reply at all. Absolute scam. PLEASE NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.

Hi ordered a necklace, then suddenly read how much of a scam this company is. But, still I can’t do anything as I have paid already and ofcourse wasn’t expecting anything to arrive. Then one day imile contacted me that there’s a package coming they were asking for my address and I gave it. The delivery guy kept on insisting that I have a wrong location lol then I just went to the website and see why I can find. Poor guy is delivering in UAE and I’m over Saudi Arabia. Gosh!!!!!!! Don’t even come near this company! This is a BIG SCAM!!!!!!!!!!

Necklace came broken with a sharp piece sticking out. I contacted customer service asking for a replacement and refund and never heard back. Sent multiple emails and heard nothing. Do not buy.

Ordered 4 items my wife wanted for christmas. Have not heard from or seen any movement on the items they do not reply to emails or calls. A garbage company. Actually that's not fair to garbage

Worst ever. DO NOT BUY from this company. They are a scam. They do not return any emails to customer service. THey have a return policy that you have to send an email and when you do NOTHING.... no response. I have sent 3 messages over the past 2 weeks and nothing. No one ever answers the phone number that they have on their website. Poor quality items as well.

Terrible company, terrible quality, terrible customer service. Avoid.

Have not received my purchase; have emailed in three times and not one response. Please be advised - do not purchase from this company. I want to send this message on especially coming up to Christmas time.
