This site is one big scam. You will not find anywhere on their website their business conditions that they refer to. I mistakenly entered the country Japan when registering. The registration went well, I subsequently changed the incorrectly entered country directly in the account. I deposited money. Subsequently, they blocked my account and also my money, which they do not want to return. It's a scam. They robbed me of money of more than 1000 euros and they are not interested in making an agreement.

Avoid this casino.

Literally nothing but a bunch of thieves.
Don't want UK people signing up but let them.
Then continue to ask for documents which are never good enough. Just want
the cash I deposited back and they refuse to do so.

EDIT:
Even though they allow uk customers to sign up, and allow them to deposit, doing so is apparently against their terms and conditions.

Basically they will not refund any deposited cash and state I faked my way to registering on their awful site.

I've recently joined lucky31 and have been extremely happy with the casino. Deposited 25 and walked away with 1300. Thought I'd have an issue withdrawing it. But no, it was processed withing 3 hours and was in my account the next day.

Pros
-Very helpful and friendly live chat
-withdrawals are processed quick (mine approved within 3 hours and was in my bank the next day)
-large amount of slot games and providers
-verification very fast (withing 24 hours)

Cons
- the points system isn't great (super store)
- can be unstable at times and logs me out while playing slots.

Closing thoughts
As a UK player I've had 0 problems playing here. But I would like there to be a better bouns progression system with more added the the super store.

Joined few days ago made a bitcoin deposit and got welcome bonus and i got the balance upto $1k then wanted to withdraw but withdrawal button doesn’t exist so they asked me for My passport utility bill and a selfie which I provided all then chat support Julia said i need to provide bank statement for some reason which i found is a load of BS as i gambled on many many casino none asked me for bank statement
