Ordered some shorts previously great fit. Super comfortable.
So I was ready to expand my collection.

I placed quite the large order. 10 pieces or so.
Usually went for three VIVID but this time did a few LUCKY models as well.

When the order arrived one of the models were incorrect and one of the boxer shorts were missing.

I contacted customer support. They responded pretty quickly and they send me the missing items straight away and allowed me to keep the one that was incorrect. The missing items arrived next day.

Not everything can be perfect, mistakes can happen. I was extremely happy with how they resolved it 💜

Really love these boxers, they’re gender affirming, soft to the skin, stretchy, and with an absorbent towel-like texture inside. The plain ones without prints are the best fabric.

I love the shorts! I am buying them for quite some time now. There are no better once. Especially the costumer service is exellent. They solve every problem so that the costumer is happy. I can really recommend it.

I love the shorts. Unfortunately, the best are always sold out so quickly. But I think I now have one of every model 😆

I love these shorts and wear them every day. They are so comfy and of excellent quality.

Lucky short are in line with the description (length and size). Good quality of product, comfortable to wear. Arrived in the timing that was planned.

Definitely a great brand of boxers. They look the same as on pictures, sizing is accurate, and the waist band is firm enough to not fold into two like I've experienced with other boxers! Wearing them is comfortable, I have no issues with that, although the leg parts still do ride up like with other boxers (it doesn't bother me too much since the material is soft as heck).

However, the black boxers with pride flags are just a little bit paler than the completely black ones, making them look a little hazy/thin black, rather than deep dark black like the completely black ones. Also I wish that the crotch patch on the pride black ones would be black as well instead of white due to aesthetics and laundry reasons. The micromodal material is also thinner than I'm used to with cotton, but if these last me for a year like one reviewer said then they are worth it. Overall a great choice if you've got the money.
