On 14 March 2025 I ordered a "non-invasive blood glucose meter", advertised on Facebook, and instead a Pulse Oximeter arrived on 28 March 2025. Expensive price, and I already have one. No response to emails attempting to return it and get a refund. Seeking a refund from PayPal now. Avoid.

I too ordered a screwdriver set. Have not received it n sent loads of emails n been ignored. To the person who mentioned Mastercard I actually got a refund of £14/98 so try again cuz they helped me.
To the person who ordered the set thanks for the info about the product. I have filled in their online form so hope to get some joy there but not holding my breath as after reading the horrendous reviews I see they are awful

I wrote to their email provided by PayPal and every time I sent an email requesting a return, it came back as undeliverable.
I’m stuck with shoes that don’t fit and cannot return.

I have paid £15 for a set of tiny screwdrivers with is absolutely rubbish! Waiting long time for the product because they are not a UK base company and delivering from China. You can buy it from Pound shops in the UK. Keep away from this website.

I ordered goods on the 25th June and bought and paid for including delivery charges, it is now the 3rd of July, and no sign of the goods?

Chinese rubbish. They clone all they can. AVOID!

I haven't my goods yet and after many emails to the company they said they were going to send me the goods i tried to contact them by phone and still no response from the company therefore I am out of pocket

We purchased a beautiful chiffon dress with jewels. It was as pretty as the picture. The dress seemed to run just a little big, but was easily taken in.

Customer service is amazing! They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my order. And they were quick to answer my questions. A completely satisfied customer!

Scam. Waited nearly a month to no avail. It’s a Chinese company parading around as a UK company. No product or refund received. Avoid like the plague.

With very affordable prices, Luckstar offers clothes, jewelry, shoes and many other products of great quality! I have never had any problems with their service and am absolutely pleased with this site!

Website looks good and prices are cheap, however I should have done my research before purchasing from them
I paid for my order and received an email with an order number, however 3 weeks later I have no product, no dispatch details and they have just completely ignored the 2 emails I sent asking when I might receive my order - They offer no refund either.
I ended up getting a refund from PayPal and when I did I noticed that the company name was written in Chinese.
I suspect this company is relative of Temu.

I love the product the prices and the company! Well worth my time and money. Waiting on my second shipment now!

It was very easy to order my product from the website. I got my item in a timely manner and was very pleased with the looks and how it fits. I would order from them again and tell friends about the site.

After weeks and weeks emailing and leaving order tickets, I've gotten nowhere. Their responses are always the same. No assistance at all.
