Luckpig 

Now 'Luckpig' as a shopping service provider via facebook may suit you, it initially did me for my item. Item ordered April 20 2025. Updates via their chosen courier 'tracking-hub.com' were regular, then they just stopped May 1.
Made contact with Luckpig support, they informed me that 'they would keep trying to make contact with the courier to expedite my parcel'. After numerous e mails to the courier NO acknowledgement. I requested a refund from Luckpig or replacement. This was refused.
Notified Luckpig that they were using a suspected fake/scam courier (which they must have known!!) their communications with me ceased??
I made representation with PayPal, after their enquiries they subsequently reimbursed me in full.
Be aware when purchasing from Luckpig, confirm their courier service is registered.

The item arrived broken and incomplete, after several Emails with customer services, was offered £3.00 then raised to £5.00.
Asked for a return and refund ,that's a laugh. Buyers beware

I ordered a dog toy last November. I received an email to say it had been delivered and it had not. Checked with neighbours in case it had been delivered to the wrong address. I emailed them to say it hadn’t been delivered and after some discussion they agreed to send a replacement. This never arrived. I’ve been in touch again and they say I can’t have a replacement because the original one was delivered. Shocking. It’s not my fault it wasn’t delivered and they won’t replace it. I would not order from them again. Ever!

Ordered item titled ‘indestructible, for heavy chewers’ early December costing £18. Took over 6 weeks to arrive and lasted less than 30 mins. Initially offered £2 compensation, then £5, then £7. Told I could send it back for a full refund, though return address is in china and returning would cost more than the price paid! None existent customer service, falsely advertised products, total scam!!!!

Terrible product, took over 7 weeks to arrive, broke almost instantly despite being sold as an indestructable bear for dogs. Was sold with a money back guarantee if your dog can destroy it, but no response from the company when contacted with photo evidence. Avoid at all costs it’s a waste of money and time. SCAM

Dodgy site, the calendar and guitar pick holder were ordered December 12th. Eventually arriving on 19th of February
Completely gave up on them ever arriving and could not get a refund for the item
Absolutely sub par product and certainly not worth the hassle or waiting time

Complete and utter scam. Do not buy anything from this company. They take your money do not provide the goods. When you ask where they are they seem to want you to chase post offices all over the country on their behalf to try and find your order on their behalf. They refuse to provide a refund and want you to compensate for hem for their losses. They are just taking advantage of people and laughable customer service. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

Well this company deserves no stars!!
I ordered something on the 29th of December and I am still waiting for delivery!
They have emailed me 3 times to say the package has been despatched... the tracking number does'nt work..the latest email they have sent me wishes me a nice day and to be patient!
They are a scam..!!!

Ordered the unbreakable bear on 13/12/2024 and never received my item or refund.
Absolutely disgusting practice

Unbreakable bear for dogs is simply breakable. My dog ignored it for a few days, but once interested, easily started breaking it. Ok showing it in a liquidiser but no videos of an actual dog chewing it. Who on earth tested this and how. Customer service terrible. Either take a small amount of compensation or send to the manufacturer in China at my own expense, after which they may refund.

Ordered dog teddy start of Dec 2024..
was asked to go the sorting office /then post office / then ask neighbours to find it as they sent a tracking number (post office don’t recognise )
After me saying I have cctv and ring doorbell to dispute any alleged delivery’s , all I got was
“We're so sorry for your dissatisfaction, but please kindly understand that we have tried our best to offer you all the best solutions. ”
Knowing I hadn’t had it ..

It’s only a £12 item but the worst ever customer satisfaction I have had.. scammers !!!

Purchased what I thought were blind date with a book options for my two daughters for Xmas. Took weeks to arrive well after Xmas. Only to find they were not books at all just pamphlets with only the prologue in! One was shipped directly to my daughter in Australia the other to the UK. I ordered from what I thought was a UK company, only to find out it was American but shipped from China. I'm now in a battle with me Unhyy Tech (mother company) and PayPal. I've had to pay £12.50 to return it from the UK and my daughter has returned it from Aus, this is on top of the £43 they scammed out of me in the first place.
AVOID them at all costs if you don't want to lose your hard earned cash. I'm still waiting for my refund over a month later!

Bought the indestructible break a bear for my dog and it took 45 days to arrive... To which she ripped it up in seconds I sent screenshots over and they said her teeth are to sharp haha. They advertised with it being put in a blender... Offered the same £3 compensation which I got upped to £7 with a lot of emails not worth it.. AVOID

What a sho king company do not deal.with them.at all bought an unbreakable bear for my dog and a friends. Friends dog tore it to threads in mins, tried to return it said they wanted packaging it had arrived in 2 weeks earlier as.it was a christmas gift, when I said that was not an option their response was well.dogs have sharp teeth you need to return to China. They advertise as a UK.company and say they will.give you a free replacement or refund if destroyed.This company is a massive con avoid them at all costs

Bought a Unbreaka-BearTM For Heavy Chewers - took my dog 45 seconds to rip it apart. They then insist it's returned to China (despite operating from a .uk address and not saying this in their returns policy). Offered £3 compensation upped to £5 when I rejected it. Now trying via paypal. Avoid.

The worst customer service ever, avoid buying from this company, I ordered something at the beginning of December and still haven’t recieved the item, chased and told it’s been delivered with an image sent of a front door (not mine) asked for a refund 6 times now and still waiting, avoid this company, they will take your

STAY AWAY! Scam. Took my money and I never received the product. The delivery tracking code they sent me wasn’t recognisable by the Royal Mail.

Absolute scam of a place. Waited 7 weeks for delivery, when it came half of it was missing and the other half was damaged. They offered me £5 refund. I told them I wanted a full refund or replacement and they said £5 was all they could do. Avoid at all costs
