I have had a withdrawal pending since 27/03/2026. I have already provided all requested verification documents, along with an email chain now totaling 22 messages.
This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I have had with a casino. I have not been kept informed about the status of my withdrawal, nor have I been told if any additional information is required—something I would provide immediately if requested.
The only response I have received is that there is “no update,” and it has now been six days since I last received a meaningful reply. I would appreciate a clear update on the status of my withdrawal and an estimated timeframe for completion.
