I have been trying to verify myself multiple times as I am eligible for a payout, but its failing every single time and no support or anyone has helped me so far. I have reached out to them so many times that i cant even count. I genuinely thought this was one of the best firms with the smoothest payout system and everything else, but right now I am lost and dont know what to do. As this is so heart-breaking i am requesting my first ever payout and this happening at the time i am requesting my payout is not something i expected and just very bad. I hope the support looks into this issue and takes it seriously. Thank you

5 day ago I opened lucid website after a month. It said to verify my identity. So I decided to do it later . Now when I opened again for doing verification it was saying this - Your identity verification has been submitted and your account is under review. Access to the dashboard is paused while this review is completed. But I haven't submitted Nothing . So I ask about this in lucid discord they said to wait for team to respond. Today I opened lucid dashboard again . It said that Your account was flagged for identity verification and placed under review. During that review, multiple items were found to be inconsistent.

For that reason, Lucid Trading is not able to offer our services to you at this time.

Due to the volume of applications we review, we are not able to provide individual detail on why a verification did not pass. This decision is final and is not subject to appeal or further review.. But my question is this If I haven't uploaded anything how they can reject it . The day I faced 1st issue I complaint about it but told to wait and now I can't even appeal for it .

I have been waiting for a response for 3 days now, and I am still unable to operate my accounts. I have already completed the entire KYC process, and my status shows as verified, so I do not understand why my accounts are still not enabled for trading.

I need to be able to work normally, and this delay is already affecting me. I would appreciate it if you could review my case urgently and let me know if there is anything else pending. If there are no additional requirements, please enable my accounts as soon as possible.

I need a clear response and a resolution, as I have already been waiting for several days without receiving any updates
