Lucca is a very comprehensive HR tool that can make your life a lot easier - but after you have figured out all the details "behind the scenes".
It was honestly sometimes a bit too complicated for me personally.

I find that there are many possibilities to work with in the Lucca logistics and it is indeed a great tool for reporting. The information saved are specific and easy to retrieve, with easy access and manipulation.
I see that you have asked for the specific date of experience which would be difficult to specify because I had worked on it during the last weeks. I put a random date.

Lack of care
There's a lack of close follow-up, as I was afraid of when we decided to go forward with LUCCA. There's a lack of interest from the support team to solve and help you with your problem, but they rather simply answer questions like a chatbot and forward articles.
Also, I don't understand why the offboarding module is still not updated with the same format as the onboarding.
If the on/off-boarding module is a product you are not planning to develop further, I would like to be informed so I can plan accordingly.

We are having a very good experience with Lucca. The software meets our needs and is user-friendly for our employees.
The only one thing we would like to improve is that when we change the end date of contract or a new work rate in the employee profile, the system doesn't recalculate the number of paid leaves automatically. We need to correct the balance manually. It would be great if it was automatically.

My experience with Lucca is good and satisfied. I could get support timely and effectively.
Lucca is user friendly and easy to use. The training to employees was at a minimum level with satisfied result.

At the beginning we had some trouble
At the beginning we had some trouble, because of some bugs; now is going pretty good. It's fast to download all the timesheet of our employes.
The only thing to fix, is the calculation of "Day of vacation" and "Our of Permission/ROL", which is different from the reality. (that's why 4/5 stars)
