Customer service is terrible!!! I’ve left three messages, sent two emails and tried the online chat. No response!! I’d advise NOT to order from this company. I’m sure there are other products on the market that surpass these products where you can get a response from customer service. The cream tube that I received was not even half full.
This review should be Zero stars, the company is a scam, I order the product on 8-12-25 and still have not received the package. It is now 9-27-25. I have sent email after email with no response. I have tried to chat on line and have gotten no where. I have called multiple times and no one has returned my call. I finally called my cc company and disputed the charges, today they just charge my credit card again for another $49.00 saying I signed up for a subscription. Subscription for what?? still have received nothing. DO NOT OREDER ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY!! SCAN!!
I would give a half star if I could. I order my product on August 28th, I received an email from the company that my order had shipped on August 30th. When I track my package usps says they are still awaiting package from the company. Well....here we are September 25 and still the same tracking almost a month later. I think its a scam. DON'T BUY FRON THIS COMPANY!
BE CAREFUL! I don’t recommend buying from this company. Almost a month ago I placed my order and my tracking from USPS it say is waiting for the package.
They never shipped the supplies. I’ve called. I’ve texted I’ve emailed I even contacted company I paid through. Lubracil got back to me and said you can’t cancel or get a refund for your order once it’s been processed so buyer beware. I just wanted them to refund my money since who knows if I’ll ever receive the product. BE AWARE that this can happen to you . Money doesn’t come easily, I made a sacrifice to do something for me and got disappointed.
I ordered the softgels on August 22, 2025 and 24 August. It said it was in pre-shipment still waiting for it to get out of pre-shipment and it’s September 18. I’ve called. I’ve texted I’ve emailed I even contacted company I paid through. Lubracil got back to me and said you can’t cancel or get a refund for your order once it’s been processed so buyer beware. I did get a hold of somebody and they said they were getting a shipment this past Saturday so I’m still curious to see if I actually get the product. I would not recommend ordering through this company with their customer service the way it is just a heads up. I just wanted them to refund my money since who knows if I’ll ever receive the product.
I ordered this product on 8/31 and its now 9/15 and the tracking number they sent me says the package has not been received. I’ve written to the customer support team and they have not responded.
Yes, my payment was taken out the day I ordered it.
Wondering if this company is a Scam.
Be careful when purchasing from this company. They offer free gifts when ordering and then hide subscription contracts within the fine print. I was taken for $74.95
I was hopeful and excited to receive the product. As the weeks rolled on, i sent an email to the company with no reply. I called and representative Chris said that the reason why i have not received my order is because they ran out, and that maybe the product would be replenished over the weekend, and maybe i would get my order in a couple of weeks. Since they do not have the product that I paid for and had expedited shipping, I requested the order is cancelled and money refunded. Chris said no, they cannot do that and that after I get the product, then i can return it for a refund. If they have not shipped the product, why are they refusing to cancel the order and refund my money since they advertise a full money back guarantee. I asked for a supervisor and was told no one is available. I called several other times to speak with someone else and to my surprise only one person answered both the "Sales" extension and the "Support" extension: CHRIS, which signals that there is one person answering the phone. He said he would have a supervisor call me when they became available. No call back so far. I also attempted to speak with someone via their websites live chat, but after 30 minutes I gave up. My last resort was to contact my CC to report this and dispute the charge. The reason why i find this intentional and suspicious is because I reviewed their website and my emails and they purposefully left out any tracking information and any express timeline. It only says "faster shipping" or "priority handling". Although my order says "expedited shipping" they could argue that it takes however long they wish! In the U.S., expedited shipping usually means faster than standard ground (which is often 5–7 business days). For something small like a pack of pills, here’s what’s typical:
Expedited shipping (general): 2–3 business days
Express shipping: 1–2 business days
Overnight shipping: Next business day delivery (if ordered before the cutoff time)
If it’s taking longer than 3 business days for “expedited” delivery inside the U.S., that’s unusual, and it has been weeks! Lastly, why issue a tracking number AND send me an email that says: "all fo the items from order XYZ have now been shipped" when clearly this is a lie?! The box hasn't even been filled! to give buyer a false sense of security? There is no product to ship!!! BUYER BEWARE!
I took the product as directed for 1 month. I didn't know it at the time, but some people are highly sensitive to the ingredient Sea Buckthorn. I found out after 2 trips to the urgent care. My whole digestive system reacted: vomiting, diarrhea, not eating for 5 days. I thought I had food poisoning. Then I read reviews on the product and found out that others had the same reaction. NOT fun. I lost 12 lbs the hard way and couldn't function. If you have symptoms after using for weeks, you'll know what it was, unlike me. I cannot get a refund for the 3 boxes I have unopened.
Buyer beware. They will charge you for subscriptions you did not sign up for and claim that you knew about it, then try not to refund you for the subscriptions that you never signed up for in the first place.
I've ordered from this company a few times as I liked their products. Now on multiple occasions I've had random charges on my account for a subscription I didn't authorize. This last order in fact was canceled BECAUSE I saw the subscription on it that I did not authorize. So they canceled test order and processed my actual order...and wouldn't you know it 3 months later I'm being charged again! So sick of these company's scamming people!
