Coming from Hagley, reached the Halesowen bye pass where my front offside tyre was making an absolutely, horrendous screeching noise. Hazard lights on and limping along at 10 mph, I headed for LTC. Up went the 'jack', off came the front offside wheel and with a bit of deft manipulation with a screwdriver, out popped a tiny stone, which had lodged in amongst my brake, disc/pad system. Problem solved in a trice and totally free, courtesy LTC. Of course, I do have my tyres from them, but it goes to show, that loyalty pays dividends.

The Gaffer , Steve and the rest of the staff were brilliant.
I took my Kia Sportage to them , I explained the problem to the Gaffer , and straight away jacked the car up and showed me the exact problem what was causing the trouble. 2 days later my car was in fixed and back on the road today Great job lads and well done

Attended LTC when they opened with a puncture after visiting another well know tyre garage who couldn't fit me in till later that day (also not very helpful) the tyre was scrap and another one had to be ordered which they arranged for the very same day. I got a lift to work and they called me went it was done. Very well done to all that work here. They were extremely helpful and didn't try to fob me off. Would definitely go here again and highly recommend.

!!! Risk of scratching and damaging wheels during tyre change. Manager said accidents can happen and the wheels may get scratched or damaged while fitting tyres. That is a ridiculous statement and shows either the tools and equipment are bad or the workers are not competent or experienced enough. Managers closing statement was if you don’t trust us then go somewhere else. This is bad customer service and frankly rude. So if you have a car that’s in good condition and want confidence not to get scratched or damaged go somewhere else.

Spoke to Luke in the morning he ordered the tyre in. It was delivered in the afternoon and they came out and fitted it all before 5.Excellent service and very friendly staff. would recommend them very highley

I booked my car in to have its tyre replacement done. I did this online; however, when I got there, I'd put the wrong size in. They accommodated me greatly; they had the size I needed, and it was only £5 more than what I'd arranged online. I also developed a slight shake in my steering wheel. I mentioned this on arrival. The garage and staff were very helpful and quick in diagnosing the potential cause of this. Everything they did, they checked in with me, advising me of the cost before doing anything. I obviously had everything done that needed doing. I was expecting a much larger bill. I was so surprised how reasonable this was. I left today a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning here for any future work I may need doing. 100% would recommend LTC Tyres. Thank you to the wonderful and friendly staff that helped me today.

Friendly, honest, helpful and good prices. Well worth me making a special trip over from Birmingham.

I called out LTC Tyres and Exhaust to replace two tyres on my van as one had a slow puncture.

Tom & Wez came out and sorted both tyres. Both were professional and gave great customer service.

Despite the rain they both carried on with a smile. Thank you both great job and I really appreciate your time and expertise.

Excellent service and professional staff that know their products and excellent fitters. It can be very busy so I recommend going first thing or towards the end of the day. This garage doesn’t offer appointment slots, it’s turn up and wait. Very competitive pricing and quality products.

Ordered tyres I wanted by really helpful and knowledgeable staff. On day car sorted out and returned all sorted. Cannot fault engineer and all staff
