They sell faulty products
Do not trust this company. They knowingly sold me a faulty product, when the camera on my replacement MacBook Pro Screen broke - they were only very happy to offer me a discount on a new one, as opposed to offering me a new screen - what a scam. I had the screen 4 months, 1 month longer than their warranty period and it has already broken. Plus I would not had written this before, but the tools they give you are basically a waste of time, it would be in their interest to not send any at all.

In response to their reply, their facts are incorrect. I ordered the product on August 31st 2024, the product arrived to my address on September 24th 2024 and the camera broke on 31st December 2024. So it was just 1 week after the warranty expired. This highlights even more how they are not to be trusted.

I bought a Display NE173QHM-NY2 Schermo 17.3″ 40 Pins Quad HD (QHD) 2560x1440, it is arrived after about 1 month already scraped but working, i reported it and i was told to send it back, it meant waiting 1 month for it to arrive and them, then the time needed for the checks and another month to have a new one, honestly i needed it for work i couldn't wait so i kept it. After 4/5 months the display died, i sent photos and they offered me a refund of € 20, i spent about € 110. 100% negative experience.

Product received safely and in good condition to the Philippines. No damage, all intact. Only issue was the delivery time, which took 23 days. But I am ok to disregard that since the product worked for me well.
Order Cancelled without notice
Order was apparently cancelled by LPScreen with no explanation just a credit of purchase price appearing in an email.
Their reply states they emailed me several times asking for a different address. However the only emails received were billing related or general information about account access. No emails were in junk folder.

Bad checkout process and unresponsive to email
When I ordered a replacement screen one of the first inputs at checkout was the payment selector. Once I put this information in the order completed without me authorizing it. I wasn't able to change the other options as I wanted to. This is highly unusual process because all other e-commerce sites give you a final button to say you want to process your order. Since I couldn't recall the order, I sent LPscreen an email to ask them to cancel so I could reorder with the settings corrected. They never did.

Awful if you have a problem and never take responsibility
Firstly LPScreen managed to pack the screen so badly a camera flex was torn after being tucked behind the screen and then wrapped tightly.
Secondly LPScreen sent the wrong screen even though they requested several photos of my original screen to check before sending.
I appreciate mistakes happen but when they do the seller should deal with them better.
If you contact them with any kind of issue they will try to blame the customer and respond with a automated reply like " Caused by human error "
The fact a video and photos were supplied showing the screen being unpacked ( within 10 minutes of the parcel arriving ) doesn't seem to alter LPScreen automated reply.
If you try to explain the screen was damaged when they packed it they simply reply saying " it was tested before sending ".
Of course it was fine when you tested it as it wasn't damaged until packed into the box!!!!
Even though LPScreen damaged the screen and SENT THE WRONG one they still expect the customer to pay for return postage from the UK to China.
Not only do they expect you to post but they warn you not to use a reliable tracking method as they claim customs will destroy the faulty screen they sent.
In the end I had no choice but to tal to Paypal who have provided me with a return label.
If you feel the need to use LPScreen make sure you pay with a method you have some insurance with like Paypal or a Credit card.
I have no doubt LPScreen will reply to this comment with their same automated reply about it being "human damage" or complaining I have opened a return case on Paypal. This is because the company CANNOT BE TRUSTED if a problem occurs.
