After unresolved in-game issues, my account was temporarily suspended following payment disputes. During the suspension, paid digital content was lost, even though it was purchased with real money and I had no access to prevent the loss.
Support refused to restore the items, closed tickets without proper explanation, and redirected me between departments.
A GDPR request to the parent company (Stillfront Group) received only an automated reply and no follow-up.
This business model exposes players to financial loss with no effective remedy.
