The part does not work on TRIPLESHOT…

The part does not work on TRIPLESHOT TRANSOM. The front of the transducer and cord hit the boat. I made a box to pull the transducer away from the boat.

Know your inventory

Ordered an Elite-7 Ti2 from the website on 3/3. Inquired on 3/9 about the status of my order and was told it was being prepared for shipping. Inquired again on 3/21and was eventually told that the graph I ordered was not offered anymore. Don't take my money and make me wait 3 weeks if you don't have that item to sell.

I ordered my first side scan unit

I ordered my first side scan unit. Of course as soon as you click the button to purchase you start waiting. I thought I might have to wait several weeks for the unit but it got here within days (not sure how many but less than a week). Hod the unit out for the first time today, there will definitely be a learning curve but so far crazy happy. I know what to expect from the unit and from Lowrance so I feel safe with my purchase, fast shipping was just a bonus.

I recently ordered a transducer to…

I recently ordered a transducer to replace the one that broke. The pictures on the website did not show a close-up of the connector, so I ended up with the wrong part. The next day, I ordered the correct part and emailed your customer care department to get a return authorization number for the first part. They emailed me back and said that their records showed that my first order had not been delivered yet, even though I had had it for 5 days already. I received the second part and it appears to be the correct one. I still do not have a return authorization for the first order and I asked for it a week ago. On Friday, March 17th, I received a shipping notification from you for my first order, which I had actually received on March 8th. On the positive side, your shipping was very fast. Just need better information and more pictures on the website, and better customer service (and accurate information) to go along with it.

Bought a Lowrance from Bass Pro online

Bought a Lowrance from Bass Pro online, they sent me the wrong cover 2 different times, went online with Lowrance and got the cover I needed with no issues, will order directly from Lowrance from now on.

Should be able to just buy the base…

Should be able to just buy the base bracket without transducer cover for like $10 bucks. You can charge excessive price since you have no competition. I get it.

I love the trolling motor and graphs

I love the trolling motor and graphs, but getting the maps had been a problem. I ordered the maps, they took my money, then canceled my rider saying they no longer sell the map I purchased. Still waiting for credit and to find out what maps I can purchase to go on my graphs for lakes near me.
