Great Agents ! Michael and the entire team were honest and professional from the start. It’s refreshing to see some agents actually care about the sellers and getting the highest price for them. :) Our sale price was above expectations.

We went with Michael & David on good faith after they told us their market value of our home ( over inflated). After we had first open, they started to lowball us and devalue our home for a quick sale. They were extremely rude and defensive on the phone/messages when challenged on their dishonesty. The level of arrogance was next level. The damage they done to the sale of of our home was high and non reversible. Do not use them. Cheap and Nasty, total sharks. Be warned !

I highly recommend the team at Lowest Commission. They operate with integrity and really do care about the buyer and the seller and love what they do. They took on my concerns over bad experiences in the past dealing with real estate agents and made the sale of my property seem effortless going above what I expected and assisting me every step of the way. They not only very quickly got above what I expected with the sale, they gave good advice and were exceptional to deal with. Can't thank them enough.

The team at Lowest Commission are amazing, we were on the market with another agent for 6 weeks with no result, not even one inspection ! We changed over to Lowest Commission and with 14 days we had 2 written offers. We sold our home for a higher price than we advertised with the first agent !! I would recommend everyone selling their home to at least speak to them first.
