We have had a great experience with this company from Gordon who originally sold us the motorhome at the NEC and Megan who helped us and was very kind when we had some issues (which were resolved) with the motorhome. Would definitely recommend the company and would not hesitate to go back in the future. Thanks!

Stuart and initially Jake helped us with our purchase of a Sunlight Cliff 540. An extremely long delay, 4 months, in getting the van but we understand that was a delay in Germany. A couple more emails updating us of timescale would have been good but a minor issue.
Stuart took over and has also been excellent. Very friendly and attentive and has listened and helped with all our concerns. We've stayed two nights here and have found it worthwhile to do so. A very good experience.

Stuart and Jake have looked after us well and answered all our questions patiently. We are happy with their communications. We feel very confident that we can ask if we have any future questions.

Just had our Chausson Motorhome in for a new infotainment xzent 285 system to be fitted. Bryan and Martin gave exceptional customer service, so approachable and friendly. An asset to your service department. Bryan ensured we were happy and got us to check everything seemed OK.

Buying the van and picking up was great service but the in-between information about when the motor home would arrive and the alterations take place was not forth coming and we had to keep asking

Everything went very well with the handover

Very pleased with the help and advice we received. A couple of issues were quickly corrected.

We first met Mark at the Caravan and Motorhome show at the NEC. We had a set of very specific requirements for our next purchase and even though it was extremely busy, he took the time to give us a really robust presentation of a vehicle that would suit our needs. We then arranged for a visit to the very lovely showroom and grounds of Lowdhams to spend time to explore this option in more detail. This part of the purchase journey was handled by Chris. Chris is a knowledgeable, polite and highly communicative expert to have on a purchase journey like this.
When we collected the new Motorhome, accompanied, by our two children, Chris and the team made us feel very welcome and the centre of attention.
Also a mention to the reception team and Accessories team in the shop who were equally polite and professional.
All in, the purchase experience has been excellent and one that we would highly recommend.

You’re still being let down by your service department and their attitude towards customer service. How does it take 5 months to sort out a warranty claim for a £30 part…and it’s still not sorted! I get that you rely on Swift too, but all these comments about you going the “extra mile” just doesn’t seem to apply to my experiences with you. Such a shame!

We returned to Lowdhams due to the excellent service we received from Lowdhams when we purchased our previous motorhome. On this occasion we decided it was time to upgrade our current motorhome and looked to purchase a Hymer.
We had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin Holmes in sales. I have to say it was a delight to deal with Kevin, nothing was too much trouble, he is extremely knowledgeable and helpful and maintained contact throughout the buying process. Fantastic customer service, we were made to feel special. Kevin is a credit to the company.
For the hand over process we were handed over to Paul, who again was highly professional and very knowledgeable about the product. It is fair to say that we have always received a very warm welcome from all of the staff at Lowdhams. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We have had a number of issues after our purchase of a new motorhome which we are slowly getting sorted. We took our vehicle to have a new awning installed and was very impressed with the way the process was handled by kiran. He really went the extra mile for us and even managed to get extra work done for us within the time that was allocated. We are extremely happy and grateful for all the trouble he went to for us.

We visited Lowdhams and just intended to have a look around. While looking at a caravan we really liked we met Brian who was extremely helpful without being pushy so we bought the caravan.
On picking our new caravan up nothing was too much trouble and all went smoothly. Brian seem to have all the time in the world for us and explained everything. Thank you Brian

Can’t praise Lowdhams enough. From sales (Nathan) to the handover (Shirley) and everything in between, they were great. Easy to deal with and great communication right the way through. They made purchasing of our first Campervan so easy and enjoyable. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Our salesman was Philip. Top bloke, gave us a good run through all the workings on the van. Showed us all the things it had .. told us a few good tips too..
We went to the shop there where the staff were very knowledgeable our lady who served us was Wendy.. she knew alot about all sorts.. pointed us in the right direction too..
We stayed on the rally field which was free and had electric set up.. we were very excited to get going in our van.. its been a good experience and we can't wait to go in our van again.. holidays here we come.

So had to visit Lowdhams regarding works to damage on my Motorhome I received a full breakdown of the damage within a week and had Authorisation back to Lowdhams from my insurers as well on Friday. In this time I was looked after very professionally I must say by Kiran in the Service Department, Richard in the Repair workshop and Amelia in the ordering of parts for the works in the Warranty Department, they told me how the works will be carried out, once all the parts were in and how long it would take to completion, this put my mind at rest and I am happy to say the Company should be very proud of their staff in the way my experience has been, I have had many bad experiences with companies in the past but in this case 5* is well deserved

Good detailed and patient handover and concerns and queries answered promptly.

A very friendly and helpful team right through from reception (the meet and greet with an offer of a coffee on arrival always works with us) through to sales and service. Our Malibu Two Room van was delayed by a few months for reasons outside Lowdham's control and routine updates on progress that didn't require us chasing would have meant 5 stars. However, everything else was excellent including the handover, the use of a temporary loan van while we waited for ours to be delivered, an overnight stay on handover day and the staff in the accessories shop and cafe. Stuart and Paul both were very informative and attentive whenever we had a query. Ryan's advice during the van prep was also very helpful regarding GasLow. We would buy from them again based on our experience to date.

Fantastic service by Jamie when purchasing our campervan. Gave advice & supported us through our purchase keeping us informed throughout. So grateful to have the opportunity to stay over in the Rally field to make sure everything was ok & any snags were fixed straight away all supervised by Jamie, you are a credit to the company, thank you so much, Andy & Vanessa Wilson
