Reading the previous review I can see this company hasn’t changed at all. Things went well when they showed up at our house to make an offer on our 2006 Chevy Silverado 3500. Josh and Brad helped us complete the paperwork and gave us cash. Great, right? As Josh passed my 2006 Camry he saw my deeply scratched bumper and said “I can make that look good as new”. Since we’re considering selling it we were intrigued. He said he could do it for $200.00 “for you”…normally $400.00. Sounded good. After numerous attempts to connect, Brad showed up last Friday, worked for an hour or so then said Brad didn’t give him enough material (spray paint can, by the way) so he’d have to finish Saturday or Sunday (he’d call us). Nobody called us Saturday, Sunday or Monday so we called them. Finally Brad agreed to come Wednesday (no show). Brad again promised to be here Thursday but, after numerous calls to Brad with no answer, we called Josh. He basically told us “tough luck…I won’t come down there just for a $200.00 job! You paid Brad $100.00 already” so they had obviously discussed our incomplete job…he just didn’t care! Do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to do your auto body work NOT Low Cost Auto Body at 6895 River Rd., Corona, Ca.

I went to get a paintless dent repair job done on my car and the owner (Josh) screwed up the entire car panel beyond repair. I tried to call him and ask for a refund, but he told me no and said he wouldn't be giving me any of the extra services he mentioned previously because I didn't like the job.

The body service Josh did looked like a 12 year old did it, either that, or it was his first time fixing a dent. PLEASE, for the love of God, do NOT bring your car to his business. His business card and craigslist listing shows a bunch of dented in cars that he "fixed", and the images look great. However, my car ended up coming out SUPER banged up. It looks absolutely terrible, like someone smashed it with a mallet. He did the exact opposite of fix my dent, he made it even worse. Now it's going to cost me an arm and a leg to fix.

Thanks Josh, you useless sack of ****.

Avoid Low Cost Auto Body in the Inland Empire / Temecula, CA at all costs. Trust me.
