Fantastic Customer Service
Had a really positive experience with low.ie when getting a mortgage protection policy. I shopped around with a few different brokers but low.ie gave us the best price. They were also extremely helpful and patient as I had a lot of questions (I dealt with Lorraine and Mary for the most part). Would definitely recommend them.

My wife and I recently moved to Ireland from India and we were planning for a term life insurance.
That's when we found low.ie while browsing the internet. Lorraine was very helpful is choosing the right insurance.
She was very calm and helped with multiple options and also used her experience and consulting experience.

I used low.ie as a broker for mortgage protection. I did some research online and they were able to give me the best price on the market and almost half of what my bank offered. The team were extremely helpful. They followed up after I did my online application and made the whole process very easy. I had a delay on my purchase and needed the insurance approved within 24 hours. They followed up the following morning to put my mind at rest and I was able to drawdown on my mortgage the following working day. Fantastic service.
