I ordered a Bracelet and some beads for my nine year old daughters birthday. Arrived very fast, although the clasp on the bracelet was faulty. I re-ordered a replacement and was going to send the faulty one back, but I received an email saying not to return the faulty one - they would get a replacement in the post that day. They did, and I received it the next morning! Excellent service!!!!

I have only used LovingtheBead.com once but am a very satisfied customer. I was looking for some glass charms for my Pandora bracelet but didn't want to spend very much. Their charms are very cheap. I was a little worried that quality would be compromised but when they arrived the quality was excellent. Will definitely use them again. I got free delivery and items were despatched really quickly. The website is very user friendly, large selection of charms to choose from.

great beads and nice gift bags

Wanted to order my sister a leather bracelet and as they looked good decided to get one for myself too. We have different frames and I know from past experience I have a smaller wrist size. I thought I had clicked on two different lengths but when they arrived they were both the same - luckily the right size for her. As it was a gift and it had arrived on her birthday I decided to keep them both. So overall a fairly good experience - I'm sure if I had returned the wrong sized bracelet it would have been replaced but it seemed like a lot of trouble so I didn't bother.

Visited the store during my vacation in UK last year. There were so many beads and charms. Ordered additional beads for bracelets on-line. They helped find items not even on the web site that I saw in the store last year. Order filled promptly. Gone back to order others for my sisters.

I've ordered several things from Loving the Bead. Every time they've arrived quickly and the bracelets are fantastic. I ordered the wrong size last time, I contacted them by e-mail was phoned the next day by a very friendly member of staff to discuss a replacement and had it 2 days later. Really pleased with the service.
