Custom Air Freshener

I chose a picture of my dog from his 10th birthday to use as the air freshener and asked that his little birthday crown be included in the picture and it came out perfect! Shipping isn't Amazon Prime quick but it was worth the wait!

The best gift!

I have ordered now 2 mugs from Lovimals with pet faces on them and the recipients of these gifts were absolutely thrilled. They cherish the mugs! Each pet's face was perfectly done and I couldn't be happier with Lovimals. Definitely recommend ordering from them for all your pet gift needs!

Cutest dog mugs

Did not receive product

I never received the product. I emailed the company two times regarding my order and did not receive a response, yet I continue to get emails asking for me to leave a review.

Update: unsure why neither email was received despite being sent to the email address listed on the confirmation emails. Delivery was received today and it is the wrong pair of socks with two unknown dogs on it. I also received four emails prior to delivery asking me to review the product. How am I supposed to review a product prior to it being delivered?

Late delivery and not responsive

I was told my order would be here at most in 12 days. However it has been 20 days and I still have nothing. The email I sent for contact was not even replied.

I never received the socks that I ordered.

I never received the socks. It’s been a month since I ordered the socks. I wrote to customer service on two occasions to try to find out when the socks would arrive. Nobody replied.

My order never arrived

My order never arrived. I contacted you TWO times and you never answered. After I ordered the bag, you told me I would get an additional E-Mail with a tracking number - I never got it. After a few weeks an automated email came to review your service, because "it looks like my order has arrived"... I honestly have no idea where my order is or if it has even been shipped. Awful

No communication

I've been trying to get in touch with someone regarding Order #LOV660683. I placed this order on August 26 and haven't received any updates regarding order status or shipping. I have followed up three times and have not received any communication.

I am very disappointed, as this order was placed over a month ago. No idea if I can expect to receive this order or a refund??

I have not received my order

I have not received my order. I have emailed twice inquiring about its status and have not heard anything back. I have received 3 emails requesting I fill out a survey. I was waiting to fill it out once I received my order but since nobody responds to my emails it has prompted me to give you a bad rating. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute the charge that you were quick to process.
