Great broadband provider. I wasn't able to chose the well known Internet providers due to having OFNL alrwqdy installed in my new build house. I chose this company as I personally felt it had the best deal at the time. I also had an issue with not receiving the modem and I was worried as I needed it ASAP due to working from home. When I called my issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently. Internet is fast, great price and I also recieve email correspondence regarding any updates to the internet in the area, which is fab. Highly recommend. 10/10.
Stay away from this company, customer service is beyond a joke, services advertised are not what you receive. Expect to be on hold for over 45 minutes before you even speak to a advisor, I am currently on hold now, and it stands at 1 hour 10 minutes. Farce!
So glad I have found another provider who actually value my custom.
as the other says - NO ONE ANSWER your call - so if the connection is down - sort it out yourself. this is slightly better than nothing.
The internet download speeds have been terrible. We are rebooting almost daily to try and get connected. They don't answer the phone and the internet is too terrible to submit the contact form!

The best service I ever had on my new build outstanding service every time.
By far the worst broadband provider, they don’t even have a contact number to when your internet connection goes tits up it’s basically impossible to sort out, lived in my new house under a year and already been cut off more than 12 times, sort it out. Or stop calling yourself a internet company actually disgraceful I pay each month for pure utter crap.
This company is absolutely awful. I was originally told my broadband would be live as soon as I plugged in my router. Since plugging it in 4 days ago I have spent over 3 hours trying to speak to someone at this company. Their office hours are not clear whatsoever so you are left queuing out of hours.
Furthermore they only work 9-5 yet supply to households when most of the population is at work during these hours so there is no way to solve your problems when you are at home.
I was told today that my internet would definitely be live but yet again it isn’t. The worst thing is you are forced to use this awful company when you buy a new build. I would much rather be with someone that picked up the phone and channels of communication with their customers.
