The customer service was amazing, the quality of the shirt is also absolutely amazing. They replied really fast and the shipment was also really fast.

too expensive for 2 xmas decoration you can not even see the picture we supplied....almost $l00.00 for 2 little decorations.

This is a scam placed an order outside of FB hoping it was legit. I was wrong placed an order on 12/13 thinking maybe it would come in time for Christmas. No shipping updates no response back to my emails. Disputed charge with PP.

I don't know how to rate this when I haven't gotten my package I ordered this necklace for my mom for Christmas and I didn't even get a tracking number when I bought it and I had to email the company once and I gave them my number to call me and now random people keep calling me each hour. I personally wouldn't buy from them again because I still don't have my package and it was supposed to be here it said 7-14 days I ordered it a while ago. I hope it comes and maybe I'll write a better review when it doesn't but if you don't see a new review from me then you know what happened

I ordered two items from this website on December 6, 2023. I only received confirmation that my payment was received, but nothing else. I have reached out to the company numerous times through email and through the WhatsApp number they have listed, to no avail! I also reached out to the third party servicer that took my payment, Useepay, and they haven’t responded either! I’m about to contact my bank and report them for fraud! Stay away from this company, it is definitely a scam!

Stay away from this website. We ordered gifts Dec2, order still reads "active" on Dec21. I have attempted to contact company twice and have gotten ZERO response. I have contacted my bank as this company is fraudulent.

I have attempted to reach out to this “company” multiple times about an order I placed at the end of November. No response. No order. My order on their website still says “active.” I have received zero tracking information. The is unacceptable and I would never order anything from them! Stay away! I will be reporting them as fraud.

Do not order the sweatshirt. It’s very low quality and the stitching is so small that you can’t read it. Extremely overpriced for the something you want to give a loved one. Look elsewhere.

I purchased from love you fancy and there was trouble with receiving my order. They sent me the website to track my order and it said it had been received by Aramex. We put the tracking code into the Aramex website and it said tracking number does not exist. We then put the tracking number into the provided website and that said that it was in the last stage before arriving at our house. It has been at this stage since the 4th of december. I have emailed love you fancy with questions about the tracking and they replied within 24 hours, but a few days ago I sent them another email confronting them about their poor service and they have not yet replied back.
DO NOT trust this website.

I ordered a hoodie with 2 embroidered images of our pet dogs and they are barely recognizable. The quality is terrible as there was missing lines in the design and loose strings sticking out.

Hi made a custom blanket for my boyfriend and I chose the wrong picture and submitted it on accident and I got my order number and I reached out to these people and they offered to switch the picture for me completely free and when I got it i fell completely in love with the product. They do a very good job, it is worth every penny I strongly recommend for a gift idea anything off their website, they will make it to perfection❤️!!

Do not buy from this website. I purchased 2 identical crewneck sweaters with a photo of my cat to be embroidered. The website said I would need to approve my design before they would embroider it and claimed I would have "unlimited" chances to tweak the design. I never once got an opportunity to preview or adjust the design despite their claims. I received sweaters with incredibly little detail. I was shocked when I compared the product I received to the products advertised on the website. I contacted customer service to ask why I didn't get the opportunity to preview my design before embroidery and they offered me a $5 refund on my almost $100 CAD order. This is a scam.
