Stumbled onto this brand from Emily Boo, excited thinking they were actually a brand that hand makes their items, relatively locally, so i finally got around to ordering for myself a couple of weeks ago. Ordered a pretty big, pretty expensive order - doubts started to set in after i was waiting for it to show up - i happened to be browsing on Vinted and seen the exact same skirt, only it was listed as Dollskill - interesting, i thought.

Items finally arrived, every single one had a made in china label - also, for something that you’re supposedly supposed to “size down, true to size” i can absolutely confirm this is not the case, their own measurements from the website didn’t match up with any of the garments. Which is a shame, the trousers absolutely could’ve had potential if it was maybe a different/better fabric, actual hardwear used, actual measurements. At least 3 of the items i was able to find for sale by other places online(also cheaper), so maybe a case of dropshipping which is kind’ve frustrating.

Return policy is a bit of a wild one, altho you can claim a monetary refund if you list it on your return label (do note, returns are up to you to pay for too!!!) - I don’t at all think it’s worth your money.

My partner has ordered a few times, each time ordering the 14/16 sizing only to receive what would only fit a small child, then to only be offered store credit as a refund option.
Don’t waste your money on this crap unless you are the size of a small child 👍🏻

The pants fit great but the quality. Not great. The material is a very thin, fragile material - kind of reminds me of SHEIN material. They are very flimsy and easy to break. Unfortunately for the price I paid for them ($91 AUD) it’s just not worth what I got. Quite disappointed honestly. Won’t be buying again. :(

I love the products and overall style of LTT! Unfortunately, the sizing is really really poor and has been a tough experience.
I've purchased 2 pairs of trousers, 1 skirt and 1 top from LTT all with incredibly different fits. One skirt I bought in my correct size (measured and size chart checked) but it wouldn't pass my knees. Sized up and I could have fit 2 of me in there, it was like a tent. The trousers in a UK12 go up but won't zip and then the UK14 go up, zip but are about an inch too big.
The customer service however has been amazing! I explained the problem and my disappointment and I had a very swift response with a really positive outcome. I will hopefully be able to shop here again, I would just warn any curvier body types to beware of the sizing as I've lost so much money returning products I'm now out of pocket.

Cut of trousers didn’t fit my body shape - tight around the top of the thigh but baggy around the waist - and had to pay for shipping and returns, so a tenner to try on a pair of trousers. :(

The ‘waistcoat’ smelt like fish, was very ill-fitting and unflattering. It was made of a very thin and cheap material and I was under the impression from the pictures that it was a normal waistcoat but it is actually a halter neck which doesn’t fit well at all and looks really weird with excess fabric behind my neck. The choker was fine but a little difficult to fasten.

Wish I read other reviews first! I had trouble ordering as after submitting my order I got told an item was out of stock, I picked an alternative also out of stock. Frustrating to see them still listed as available on the site. For the clothes that arrived as others have said very thin cheap feeling material, and sized a bit on the small side. You can only return for store credit but don't really want to buy from here again.

Ordered two pairs of trousers in the same style that my daughter has already, which she finds fit her perfectly being a slim size 6. She hasn’t tried them on as they are for a Christmas present, so fingers crossed they will be the same as the others. I found the ordering process fairly easy, the only negative was they took a long time to arrive and I was asked to review the order about a week or more before the trousers arrived!

Quality of the clothes do NOT match the price. It's more like PLT quality but you're paying over £40 per item. Also the whole no refunds on returns (just store credit) isn't the best.

Used to love these trousers and I own 6 pairs. Unfortunately, the last two I ordered in my size were wildly different waist measurements. The green tartan pairs seam came unpicked after a few wears. Previously the buttons on 3 pairs broke and the zips have broken on pairs too.

They used to be made here but I think since outsourcing the quality has just plummeted. I'm so sad as they used to be so so good and the only trousers I bought

I bought two size 14 skirts that are both pleated skirts (so should be the same size) and only one of them fit me. The one that didn’t fit me was 2 inches bigger than the other one when I put them up to each other. The sizing is obviously inconsistent. The quality of the stitching is awful. I’m also not happy about having to pay to send my order back as it’s not my fault that the sizing is inconsistent. I won’t be buying from here again seeing as the skirts are almost £40 each. The quality is so not worth the amount you’re paying. It feels like shein quality.

I ordered two pleated skirts in the same size and the waistbands vary by over ten centimeters. One skirt fits pretty well, the other is absolutely massive. Very annoying, please fix the discrepancies in your sizing.

Completely changed the material they use on the trousers, it’s like the cheap stuff you get from pretty little thing that’s just ridiculously over priced :/ used to like this company a lot as I’ve bought loads of their stuff in the past- not sure I will now

Quality has gone down dramatically. Material of the pants is VERY thin cheap material, definitely not worth the price. Also you can’t get your money back, you only get store credit. Will never buy from here again.

After waiting 2 weeks and paying extra for speedy delivery I was told delivery would be on Tuesday 2 November. I’m now sitting here at 22.45 on 3 November and still no sign of the package. My daughters birthday is tomorrow and thanks to your inadequacy I gave nothing to give her

Bought trousers from here a year ago that I loved, so I went back and bought the same pair again because the old ones broke, only to find this time they're now made of a terribly cheap, thin, flappy material yet the same price.

I was really happy when I discovered this brand and saw the pants that I bought because they looked like an image of pants that I've wanted to own since high school so now I own my dream pants. The fabric is soft and comfy. I love that the pockets are big. I also appreciate the plastic-free shipping materials.

Im between sizes and went for the bigger one at 16 and they fit well not tight with abit of room etc love that they have pockets big enough to fit your phone in which is good :)
