I ordered the red bomber jacket which had black mould on, ive sent about 20 emails to support and normal email but had nothing l. it's been 4 months so I sent it back to the head office address as there's no tel no, it got sent back to me as refused. The postage cost me £13 and the jacket was £50. Terrible customer service as they simply ignore you. This item is clearly faulty so should be able to be returned. Avoid buying unless your 100% you'll get it and youll like it!

I ordered items from them since October last yearbut it never got delivered. I contacted them but no response. This is so terrible of you guys.

I bought the red bomber jacket which unfortunately looks nothing like the photos on their website. It looks cheap and plastic. I contacted them to see if I could return it or exchange it - given I was not happy- and was told they couldn’t offer returns as it’s part of their “sale collection”.

I have followed up 4 times to their customer service email since to see if I could exchange it for another item or get store credit for something else but no response!!!

Scam website - Do not buy!

I would never shop with this company again. My jackets when received were terrible quality and creased. I contacted them via their website five times to request information for a return and refund as per their advertised returns policy but received no response at all. The telephone number does not work.

Firstly the delivery took very long, when it came it looked cheap. I went to ask for a refund and all a sudden there’s a return policy on the website when it wasn’t there at the start. The sale is advertised with free returns so I’m not sure why they refusing to refund me.

THE BIGGEST SCAM ON THIS PLANET. If i could give negative stars, I would. I ordered a jacket that said genuine suede in the materials and the name of the product. It came after 3 weeks from china and its a badly sewn polyester piece of garbage. I don’t think i’d even get a reply if I chase customer service as the whole thing smells like one big scam. Hope not many others fall prey to this SCAM.

I ordered a couple jackets off them for me and my sister, their red/burgundy jacket which is everywhere online as it’s being promoted loads and it was cheaper per jacket to get two when ordered at the same time. After a long wait they arrived and me and my sister both agreed they were awful it felt like such cheap quality material and smelt horrendous. So I spent ages trying to figure out to return them and had to end up emailing to find out I couldn’t get a refund as it was a sale item(fair enough) so they offered us store credit which I accepted but then their replies became awful and had no information at all and was so so very slow, to the point I kept chasing them for the next steps as they just weren’t helping at all! To finally have a code but it only allows up to the value of one of the jackets! So now I am chasing them again and god knows how long it will take to get another actual helpful answer. Wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy and can’t understand why so many ‘influencers’ are recommending them and this jacket!!

I've ordered a jacket from them, but it was only after buying that I realised you cannot return sale items. Additionally, I've contacted three times to ask for an exchange and they still haven't processed it.

The item came as described and I really liked it but I want a size bigger. However, the issue is trying to get hold of them and not just getting automated replies.
