Overall a great sofa, good quality fabric, quite sturdy and stylise. The arm rests could have been more comfortable if they were a slightly higher.

I had to message for a time my order would approximately arrive, only to be told that it wasn't possible and is back in the wearhouse. A day off work, and sitting with no furniture.

Very comfortable sofa at unbeatable price. Customer service responded really quickly to arrange the delivery day. The delivery service was pretty good, I received an estimated delivery time the night before, there was a delay on the day but the crew kept me well informed.

Brilliant service, highly recommended.
Simple order process with the sofa being delivered within 3 days. Had an issue with the sofa that was handled superbly by the customer care team and, a replacement Sofa delivered 3 days later with an apology for the inconvenience.
Some of the so called 'major' furniture stores could learn a lot from this company.

BUY WITH CONFIDENCE
I was very apprehensive about purchasing a sofa online. My main concern was the quality. What if I pay all that money and the build quality was poor or when it arrives it does look not how it did online. I'm happy to say that when the sofa arrived 3 days after placing my order, the sofa (Amelia) looked much better than it did on the website photo's and the quality of the sofa was better than anticipated with the ease of how the sofa bed pulls out and stores away particularly impressive. The delivery service for a large furniture item was excellent with the sofa arriving just 3 days after placing my order and excellent communication throughout the delivery process right up to a half hour notice of delivery made whole experience hassle and stress free.
