Order Cancelled With No Explanation
I ordered 2 tubes of Black Girl Sunscreen Face & Body. Despite receiving a confirmation email, thanking me for my order and providing an estimated deliver date, my order was cancelled and payment refunded. The cancellation email did not offer any explanation as to why, as it was automatically generated. There was no apology for cancelling the other or the inconvenience caused or why it was cancelled.
Love Beauty should adjust the system they use that generates cancellation emails to let customers know why their order has been cancelled, for example, the item(s) you ordered are now currently out of stock. Or there has been a delay in delivering your order etc.
