Wanted Dulux ultra matt white paint
Wanted Dulux ultra matt white paint. Can't seem to get it anywhere and it's GOOD really good paint. During lock down it was alot cheaper. So goole search found it on LoveDIY. GREAT customer service when i rang. The x2 tins turned up quickly and packaging is exceptional. So it stands up to the inevitable "handling" on its way to you!

Delivery was great but product was disappointing for the money and very creased. For a less abled person, product is difficult to put on with the cross over of straps.

Good Afternoon,
Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback. We did have some issues with our label printer but we did not want that to delay the shipment. In hindsight we should have labelled the tin in some other way to avoid any potential confusion. We do apologise for any inconvenience caused. We hope that you will shop with us again.

Helpful. Good quality paint
Ordered wood paint which is difficult online as the tone can vary. A purple arrived rather than a blue. I simply rang up and they agreed it was different to what was on the site and organised a return. I then got some advice on a mid blue. What arrived was great and the paint quality is excellent. Would recommend.
