I have asked to cancel my subscription and it was not done. They have told me that they would credit my account balance so the debit order wont go through. Now a debit order is going of my bank account and i cant afford it. The people didn't accommodate me. I've explained to them i didn't subscribe to them but they didn't care. I had to pay declined fees cause I had no money in my account for the second subscription fee
