Still waiting for a refund 2 months after cancelling order
Pre-ordered 2x dresses on 17/05 but found them already available on another site so cancelled order in less than an hour and had confirmation of this saying a refund would be issued within 30 working days.
I chased this after this time period and was told the order was not cancelled (so surely I should have received the dresses?!), and that it would be processed by the end of last week.
I have chased again today as I have still not received a refund so have not been waiting over 2 months for a refund for an order that was cancelled within an hour of me placing it. Rubbish service, would not recommend this site.

Refuse to respond or refund me on item sized completely wrong
Please don’t buy from this company I made a purchase back in December via Groupon for a festive dress - I’m a size Small so ordered their size 8/10 the item I got is huge realistically 12/14 possibly bigger. I told them and groupon it’s now fast approaching March and I’m still not getting anywhere. This company ignores me and Groupon kept telling me to contact them anyway until I pointed out that I did make the purchase via them and they took payment their answer is that the company will only refund me if I pay to return it or I’ll get a 25% refund to keep it. It’s the sellers responsibility to cover the cost of the return if there is an issue with the item I’m not just returning it as I changed my mind. It’s not fit for purpose. Any advice? Please be wary. I didn’t think it be this hard just to get a refund as I could not use the item I’d paid for in good faith.

1) You don't update your website, so customers like me are having to order items that are OUT of your stock. Causing the inevitable waste of time, energy and money.
2) You sent me an invoice with TWO items instead of ONE, so I've been charged 33€ in IMPORT TAX into Spain, even though the cost of the item I paid is 55€.
3) I've written you multiple times and you don't give damn. You don't service or response.

Fast shipping, good product but wrong color
Overall review is positive since the shipping was super fast and the product I got (leggings) is super comfy, pattern is what I wanted and size also ok. Sadly I got a completely different colour (blue instead of grey) and for what I read in other reviews is not even the first time this is happening, they just ship the colour they want, but... I'm okay with my leggings anyway because they're comfy and affordable.

This was confirmed again today . Very happy with item received, speed of delivery and level of updates received. Excellent customer service and for this reason I will definitely return.

Dreadful service and did not receive the goods
Ordered two tops and the order went through only to be given a refund with no explanation. This is the second time this has happened. I contacted them to ask why but received no reply. If the items were out of stock, why don’t they just show this and not allow me to place the order. Lesson learnt, don’t waste your time or money on this company, it’s a shambles.
