SAW ADVERT FOR 6 ft xmas tree for outside or so I thought, the advert was completely misleading saying 50% off and wonderful lights. What arrived was a small strip wire which had some lights. Although the advert offers to allow returns this company refuses and the return address on the envelope says undeliverable. Unfortunately I only read the reviews after ordering. (my fault) so I would like to warn anyone thiking of buying from this company DON'T DO IT THEY ARE AN AWFUL FIRM.

I really wish I had read these reviews before I ordered from this company. It's 100% fraudulent. I ordered one of their halloween garden gnomes, which appear in the photos to be standard size garden gnomes, but if you read the fine print, the site indicates they are to be between 5.8-6.5 inches and 200 grams. After 3 weeks to ship the item, the gnome I received was 3.75" and only 100 grams. It's tiny. You would never see it in the garden and it's not even as described in the specifications, much less the way it was depicted on the site. I contacted the seller for a refund, which they refused three times, despite my photos showing it is not as described, and despite their website being plastered with 100% satisfaction guaranteed and 90-day-money-back-gaurantee logos. Then when I disputed the purchase through PayPal, they indicated they could refund if I ship the item back at my own cost. Why should I have to pay to ship back something that isn't what I purchased?

Sweet baby Jesus please don’t ever give your money to this website. The clothes and jewelry are CHEAP! And don’t try to get your money back from them! They ignore your request for a refund. Spend your money on shein.com or boohoo.com.

I ordered a set of horror movie gnomes and spent almost $200 for my package to disappear during shipping and after several emails to the company begging them for assistance and getting the same response telling me my tracking number and to give it a day or two to update, I’m fed up. They are absolutely no help and I am out the money. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

I saw a beautiful top on Facebook by LovelyWholesale. I immediately went to the site to view the clothing. I ordered a haltered red and white stripe blouse. In return, I receive a 2XL red shirt. There was no wait I could fit it because I am a medium, but this shirt could fit 3 of my bodies. I was highly upset and asked for a refund and they only gave me $8 back. Untrustworthy company. Just do NOT purchase from them. They are a scam!

Yeah they suck very very bad service so they had me write a review say something nice because my last review I gave it to their ass because they screwed up an 200$ order then to top it off nothing looks like what they advertised they promised to refund me once I gave them a better review so when I did it they tell me they refunded me already there scammers all around the plate

This is the most criminal company I have met in my entire life. They are scammers and cheat. I purchased an item last year in April worth $178. Only one package ($28) consisting of 2 dresses was delivered and the remaining dress was never delivered. This company stole my $150 just like that. I am kindly requesting everyone not to purchase from these thieves.

The most disappointing thing is when I check my package on their website it show awaiting shipment but they claimed it had been shipped. I also asked them to provide the name and number of the shipping agent, they could not because my package was not shipped and the have stolen my money. They delivered divided my package into 2 because they have intentions of stealing my money.

I have sent series of since last year May with no help from them.

I purchased a wig from this company. When I say the wig looked NOTHING like the picture advertised, I mean not at all. It was more like a Party City wig. It's true, you get what you pay for.

I am a parent who’s (15 year old) daughter made a purchase. I have asked for a full refund and return address details and they are flatly refusing to do so. They want to offer 20% discount for clothes that are completely unsuitable. What difference is 20% going to make, they do not fit?
I have read on Trustpilot that they do not respond to negative reviews, so I am writing this in the hope that someone will read it before they buy. I am now trying to get some help from the consumer ombudsman, but the company name can’t be found (so frustrating).

This company does have some items that are not good quality and they do sometimes takes forever to send your shipment off. They really need to step they're game up cause they is making millions of dollars and they are robbing people blind cause after 2 wears of your outfit it starts ripping like some rags

If I could leave a review of 0 stars, I certainly would. The clothes are made with cheap materials and are of very poor quality. Their customer service sucks as the keep giving me the run around about receiving a refund. This will be my first and last purchase from this company.

Now they're telling me to put in my ticket for a return. Lol!! I put in a ticket on 8/18/2020. They even replied back. Am I going to contact the government? Absolutely!! This company is doing something they don't have any business doing. All I want is a return address so I can send their dresses back and get my money back on my bank card.
