Avoid at all costs they take your money and then don’t send anything and don’t respond to emails AVOID!!!

Items were sent and the quality was poor for the price paid. Not great sizing either. What makes it worse is I wanted to return the items, and when asking them for return details it took over a week for them to get back to me. Had to pay to return items and nearly 2 weeks ago still awaiting my refund. Have contacted them via email on update of return and still no reply. AVOID DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!

Ordered 2 tracksuits one is miles too big and too long even though on the website it says model is my height!! I have messaged 3 times to get help with returning the item and have been IGNORED, been messaging since Thursday and they are online because posting multiple times a day on there page and on their stories!! So rude will never order from here again!!

Do not order from this company. Quality is awful, nothing like images and they have ignored my request for refund had to put a chargeback with the bank. Dont waste your money

Received my item and it was too small
Messaged asking how to return this went on for about a week no response to emails
Finally responded to Instagram post
Returned parcel and have proof of delivery (returned within period) no response from them regarding refund
Messaged them via email no response
Posted on Instagram and they replied saying 10 working days for refund!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I returned items £100 worth of items within there 14 day policy & they never refunded me! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Been trying to return items for over 14 days now and all avenues are being ignored !!! Really bad customer service! Says you need to return within 14 days but they don’t respond to the email address provided for returns or any social media platforms.

If you’re thinking about ordering, don’t bother can get most items on similar more trusted sites anyway. Thought I’d be trusting despite many bad reviews, but don’t do it. Been trying to contact them to make a return for two weeks now but impossible to get a response. messaged, emailed, left comments on posts and nothing.

Ignoring my emails, my message on website and social media for a return! I don’t know what to do!!

2 star based on fast delivery however, the item i had purchased was nothing like the colour of the item advertised!. Keep the tags on just in case you need to return the item!

The item arrived was stained in several areas. Messaged the company straight away with photos, no response…
They delete comments from their Instagram posts to hide the fact they do not wish to rectify any issues such as this.
The person I dealt with over Instagram was highly rude and unprofessional, stating “how’s it possible for me to know the item hasn’t been worn and stained”, blaming myself for the stain.
The customer service is terrible and I would stay far away from this company.
£40 order and it cannot be worn.

Quick to take your money and send the order, however the order looks nothing like the one shown on the website or social media platforms. They advise to email for return within 14 days however zero communication to support return, they take your money and run!

Ordered a pair of jeans from this company on 22nd. We are now mid October and I have contacted them multiple times on every social media platform contact form and email with absolutely no response. I’ve had to open a dispute with my bank this morning to try and get my money back absolutely diabolical customer service.

I placed an order costing £45 over 3 weeks ago and haven’t even received it. They ignore your Instagram messages, emails everything.

How as a company you feel okay ripping people off from money they’ve worked hard for is absolutely disgusting.

Ordered an item 2 weeks ago, never received it. Ignoring my emails, instagram messages and Facebook messages. I thought I’d treat myself as I’ve just had a baby and being on maternity leave, money is a massive issue so to know that I’ve lost out on money I really needed is disgusting.

Returned item on 4th June no confirmation email and still no receipt of return. Still no refund. Now ignoring my emails and messages on Instagram. Never experienced this bad customer service before. Any help on how to complain further please.
